Honestly speaking, it was a bit boring, played it for the nostalgia factor as Pokemon Yellow was my first Pokemon game. Not sure if just rose-tinted glasses, but the original was more fun, imo.

I had reservations on how deep this game would be after it was announced that it included Pokemon Go mechanics, but surprisingly it had more substance than I thought.

Such a cute game!! Just like the old school game. My son loves this game, and I have no problem helping him beat a few trainers.

Start out getting used to moving and catching Pokemon and then they grow in level becoming more powerful and you get to visit new cities and fight the bad guys!

Such a cute game and lots to do. It is not like the other games and i find it easier. So you didn't need to play the others to get or enjoy this game, you will love it!

Bought this for my younger brother because I knew he’d love the reimagine as much as I did! I already own the game myself and was hoot to share the experience.

We have only been playing the game for a couple days. So far, it has been ok. We have caught a lot of weak Pokémon, but that is it. We may not totally understand the game, but it seems a little slow compared to the Pokémon go app. We will see if it improves once we get more time played.

Great modern day remake of a gameboy classic. It’s great with switch because you can play the switch in handheld mode and feel nostalgic.

Wanted an updated game to remind me of the good Ole game boy days. This game is great its very similar to pokemon leaf green :)

This was a gift to my grandson who considers this one of the more "fun to play" Pokemon games in the series.

I really enjoy playing Pokémon games but his one just isn't all that. Don't get me wrong you will have a good time playing and the graphics are wonderful, but it is just not pulling me in like other similar games have. But I would still recommend because I am having fun.

Our 8yo enjoyed this game a lot. He didn't play as much as the 3ds games but still put a lot of time into this one. Recommend the pokeball accessory for children.

This was a perfect remaster in my opinion of pokemon yellow. They kept all the key features of the old games with adding in enough new content for it to feel new.

The original Pokemon games are my all time favorite games. I grew up playing them, and was skeptical to play this, but was surprised with how much I enjoyed it.

Classic game with the classic Pokémon, with new features and updated graphics to make it better the only reason why it’s not 5 stars is because they took some stuff out from the classic that they didn’t put into like you can’t fight stray Pokémon, you can only try to catch them

Great game- my six year old loves it. Makes me remember my days playing Pokémon red for Gameboy Advance. Same game just modernized. Nintendo keeping the classics!

I purchased this version of pikachu and also the eevee with the pokeball controller. It was worth it to have both versions of the games and the special controller.

If you like the ole Pokémon games then this is for you. The only downside is that it isn’t a massive amount of gameplay 15-20 hours maybe but still a blast to play

This Pokemon takes you back to when it was out for gameboy color. If you liked the game from back then you will like this game, you can also link up with the Pokemon Go mobile game to transfer the Pokemon to the switch game and also battle your friends online which is cool.
