The game is simplistic and easy, so it's not for long time Pokemon fans, but my 6 year old loves it so that's all that matters to me.

Have not used this personally because this was a Christmas present. But it was requested by the person I bought it for because they have played it before and love it.

I am a first generation game boy color and my fist game was Pokémon Yellow, this game brought to me lots of good memories... love it

Bought this for my boyfriend's son for Christmas bc he got a switch for Christmas and he hasn't but it down. He absolutely loves this game and Pokemon.

This is basically a remake of Pokémon red and blue when I was younger and we use to play with the game boy with broken back battery cover and it was the good old days

My son has had a great time playing this game and has been able to interact with others with the game to get the additional Pokemon. We are glad we made the purchase.

Great remaster for Gen 1. Pokemon GO mechanic makes this game a lot faster. Wait for circle to grow smaller and smaller to reach maximum catch rate. No more wild Pokemon battles. Safari Zone only. EXP share for all. Very relaxing--pretty much to the point where I fell asleep while playing. Challenge of the game doesn't start racking up until midway--only if you box Pikachu or Eevee, along with other custom settings. New endgame material added--pretty cool. Connect with Pokemon GO account to transfer into Pokemon Let's Go--but be careful, they only go one way (PGO to Let's Go). Pikachu is best Pikachu.

This game gets most things right and even makes Pokemon Go an essential part of the plan to make Pokemon even more accessible! A must for all and even more for fans!

Brings back so much memories when I use to play the original

I really enjoy playing Pokémon games but his one just isn't all that. Don't get me wrong you will have a good time playing and the graphics are wonderful, but it is just not pulling me in like other similar games have. But I would still recommend because I am having fun.

This was a gift to my grandson who considers this one of the more "fun to play" Pokemon games in the series.

Arrived promptly and is a great rehash of the original pokemon games if you have never played before or want to go back in time but with updated graphics on the go.

Nice remake! Heard that this was pretty nostalgic. Went through this super fast as it's hard to put down.

I was avoiding this game because of the catching mechaniccs, but after playing it, I realized that it's actually a great game and bought back a lot of nostalgia.

Great game and price was great because I was able to price match at best buy. Customer service was excellent.

Pokemon is a great franchise for sure and this is a pretty cool remake to a classic. This is pokemon yellow on a switch don't expect some ground breaking new game.

I like Pokémon and I got the game because I wanted to play the story of this one. It’s as long as the old games. The graphics are good too.

The original Pokemon games are my all time favorite games. I grew up playing them, and was skeptical to play this, but was surprised with how much I enjoyed it.

This is the most beautiful Pokémon Game ever made, I started with Gen 1 so it's like traveling in time to my childhood. Adults and Kids will enjoy this game. 10/10

Classic game with the classic Pokémon, with new features and updated graphics to make it better the only reason why it’s not 5 stars is because they took some stuff out from the classic that they didn’t put into like you can’t fight stray Pokémon, you can only try to catch them
