Im so please to re-live my childhood all over again. I hope the difficulty level isn't like Pokemon Diamond/Pearl, way to easy in those.

Great side Pokémon game for fans

As easy as it is to compare it to the first game this game has a lot to offer. The charm factor is through the roof, there’s mega evolution, amazing looking cutscenes, Pokémon scaled to proper size, and even a way to transfer your Pokémon from Pokémon go to your switch. It’s not perfect, but anyone who likes Pokémon will love this game.

My Childhood Has Returned

The first time I sat down to play I got lost in it for nearly six hours straight. I loved Pokémon Yellow and this game is basically that but in HD! It was tough to choose between Pikachu and Eevee, but I am happy with my choice!

Nostalgia Trip

It made the trip through Kanto feel fresh and new without adding too many extra features that distracted from the original story. Loved it and the partner pokemon was so fun.

An “ok” Experience

What I didn’t like was having to use just one Joy Con. It really made the game cumbersome to play. Unfortunately it’s one of those games I will probably not play a lot due to this issue.
