Much like Pokemon X/Y, Sun/Moon have managed to put a fresh spin on this aging series. It's a good entry for both long-time fans and any newcomers who have been living under a rock. highly recommended, whether your goal is to battle or just collect.

For the first time in a long time Pokemon feels fresh again. The world is much more open and inviting, the characters are more expressive and interesting, and the Pokemon and the areas the battle in feel much more like an anime setting. Thumbs up!

I haven't played this but my son is hooked. I picked it up as a Christmas present along with Pokemon Moon. The graphics look nice and he just mentioned to me that he leveled up his Snorlax without candies. He was a happy camper this Christmas.

Bought this game for my sister for Christmas but funny enough she also got it for me for Christmas LOL. Haven't played it yet because I haven't had time, but she told me it was pretty good. Can't really recommend because I haven't played it yet.

it has plenty of new features although it doesn't have a 3d mode that doesn't matter. tons of new pokemon and new way to battle. the story is not bad, like almost every other pokemon game. but hey that's cool its all about catching and battling.

The new changes are nice. One thing I enjoy is breeding pokemon because they no longer gain any experience when leaving them with the caretakers. I would recommend these games to any pokemon fan or anyone thinking of giving the series a try.

Christmas present and haven't opened it yet. Also purchased Moon.

New gameplay features and a world made to feel more open and less restricted along with better proportioned character models feels like a big step up from Gen 6, but recommend using on a New 3DS due to frequent frame rate drops in battles.

I bought this game for my nephew with the guide book and he absolutely loves it. Never seen a kid this excited during Christmas. I had a chance to play and it was as awesome when I owned the blue version sometime ago. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I purchased this game for my 12 year old son and he likes the game very much. He is still paying the game three weeks later. He also play the Pokemon Y , Blue, and Sapphire Moon is his least favorite of the group, but he still enjoys it.

Huge changes to the pokemon formula since Pokemon X & Y, no longer as it's strictly battle and collecting focused (although still present) as they added variety of mechanics to switch things up a bit and to bring more variety in gameplay.

I've been a fan of Pokémon since it came out years ago. I've loved every game and this one was just super! It definitely stands out on its own and I would highly recommend it to anyone who has played the other games as well as new fans.

This was the final game my kid needed to complete the entire series of 3DS Pokemon games. He was playing Sun, completed that one, now working on Moon. He loves talking about the differences between the games, so I know its a good one.

Got this to play with my son, who has Sun! It is a blast! I used to play Pokémon Red/Blue growing up, so playing Sun/Moon with my boy is just an amazing treat, made all the better because this is a truly great new Pokémon adventure.

Grew up enjoying Pokemon and have been wanting to get myself a gameboy, for Pokemon in particular, for years. So happy I chose Pokemon Sun/Moon. One for my wife and one for me. We've been greatly enjoying it and having a lot of fun!!

I haven't played a Pokemon game since Diamond and Pearl and playing Pokemon Moon was a bit different to me as I'm used to the pixelated Pokemon from years ago. But I would say, this was one of the best Pokemon games I've ever played.

I was skpetical about Pokemon Sun and Moon when it was first revealed having different Alola forms of classic Pokemon. It exceeded my expectations and it was even better than X and Y, as the old saying goes if it ain't broke fix it.

Sun and Moon are the best playing Pokemon games yet. There are so many quality of life updates (box management, movement, Pokedex info, etc.) that you wouldn't necessarily think about beforehand, but greatly improve the experience.

MY granddaughter has loved Pokemon ever since it was introduced into the gaming market. She has had every system that has been made. My granddaughter really likes this game!!!!
