I gifted this game to my friend who's a longtime fan of pokemon. He hasn't played any since ruby and sapphire and was skeptical. After an hour or so of playing, he said it felt just like one of the first times he's ever played pokemon again.

Long time Pokemon fan. There have been so many great changes to this game over the prior ones. Excellent improvements to the map, battles, and conveniences such as all shops and poke centers located in one area. Would highly recommend this!

The game is fun to play but does get somewhat repetitive as you play through the story.

Solid game, with enough new under the hood to justify a purchase. If you're a fan of the series, you'll love the title... it just comes down to Sun or Moon as the right selection. An excellent game near the end of the PRIME 3DS life cycle.

If you have played pokemon in the past, this is another great installment. Even if you are trying to jump in for the first time, the game helps you along the way. Overall, I highly recommend the game for any and all pokemon lovers

The intro is like what you expect of the other ones except it's told better, with a better flowing narrative. The island, Hakuna, as well as the trials that come before them are a great alternative to the gym leaders of the other games.

Bought for 21 yr old son. He must enjoy it because he played nonstop for a few days.

If you're familiar with Pokemon it is fairly easy to maneuver and understand the game
