    I got the item just fine, but my experience leading up to it was awful. Beat Buy put 2 holds on my bank account for the one item. Then when I got help, the person who helped me just told me I was wrong. How rude. I clearly could see 2 holds from Best Buy on my account, but whatever. So after being tols I was wrong, I had to open a dispute with my bank because even after I got my item late, there were still 2 holds on my account! I finally got my money back. It really screwed me ehen that first happened. The new pokemon is great! Would recommend! DON'T BUY IT FROM BEST BUT.
