First of all I’m a huge Pokemon fan and I was really looking forward to this game but after picking up the game and playing it for about 10 hours I can honestly say its really broken and it runs horrible on the switch overall I expected more from game freak and Nintendo.

Game is plagued with performance issues. Least favorite pokemon game i have ever played.

It’s a Christmas gift, but reports are the game is super buggy. Do not reccomend buying.

Catching the double pack on sale was awesome. I had been waiting to catch a deal so I could get both games at once so my son and I could explore the Paldean region together.

I have been a lifelong Pokémon fan but the constant repetitive grind is beginning to take its toll. The game mechanics just feel ancient and stale in this gaming age. Why can’t they make a mainline game where you just catch Pokémon instead of jumping though hoops and predictable steps and battles? Even the conversations have become predictable. The graphics and performance issues have been written extensively about elsewhere and are completely right: atrocious.

Games great! Yeah there are bugs and glitches. But they aren't game breaking or prolonged. Everything can be fixed with a patch or 2. If you like Pokémon i highlu recommend!

The game is fun. It is one of the best Pokemon games I have played in years. I would recommend getting it.

The game is buggy, but tons of fun! It's hard to nitpick the game.

As you probably already know, the framerate on this game as of 12/1/2022 is still very bad and drops well below a quality rate. The pokemon are okay, but nothing to go crazy for. The story is awful and has no memorable characters or even gym leaders to be excited about. For an “open world” game there is a bit of a direction they clearly prefer you to take.

The game was released while still in beta testing. The textures are worse than a ps2 game and the frame rate will drop below 15 fps for me. There are visible signs of game phyics breaking all around you when playing… All that being said it’s actually still fun and it’s a dang shame it didn’t get the love it deserved in development.

The games have a ton of potential that's wasted because of performance issues, like low frame rate, animation problems, falling through the terrain... Nintendo has put out a small patch that has fixed a bit, but there's a long way to go

10/10 best pokemon game in the series. The best plot and storytelling the folks at gamefreak have ever done.

Embarrassment to the series feels unfinished!!!!!!

Big fan of pokemon but this game is honestly unplayable.
