They deleted my previous review , yall need to understand, I’m a paying customer, and I need the code, I bought the code in store and I check my email and nothing

Still havent gotten my codes. 1 Star. I used the buy 2 get one 1 deal at the end of june. Did anybody else not get their codes?

I bought this game card in store. It says on the receipt that you will get emailed the code for the game. I waited a few days and did not receive the code. When i called customer service they stated that there is a glitch in the system and it isnt sending out codes. I was told they were going to refund me i got a number from customer service for the so called refundand then i never got a refund.

I got this in the store, and was told that the code would be emailed to me. So far. No code. If this was a 'pre-order,' could state that. If the code comes in any time soon, I'll revise my review, but for now I'm keeping my review.

Anybody else have this issue? Stop deleting my review.

Why are these cards still being sold in the stores? Spent an hour of my time on hold and in chats to find out that you (Best Buy Tech support) know that you cannot generate the code from a store purchase. Received a refund and a 'sorry' for my time wasted.

Bought the card in store this morning, 10 hours later and still no codes in my email and no one to answer the phone at customer support that's closed on the weekends. Don't buy it here, just get it straight from Nintendo and skip this nonsense. No, it's not one the receipts anymore.

If you buy this in the store you will not get your code that you need. I was told this by customer service after we bought the card and I hadn't received my code within 24 hours. Best buy refunded my money and I had to buy it online

*Do not buy* Unfortunately there is a known glitch that best buy Can Not generate a code so you'll not get a code then have to call to get a refund Just go straight to Nintendo for the DLC.

Couldn’t redeem it. It’s because I bought it in store, so only buy this online if you want the code to be emailed correctly!

I purchased this but Best Buy did not send me a code. I called support, but still didn't receive the code. This is a scam.

Two days and still no code... I guess I have to call customer service. What a pain

Great DLC, bought with a best buy 10 dollar coupon to mitigate high price. Had fun returning to the game to play it. However Scarlet/Violet are still unexcusably buggy/laggy on original switch.

I love Pokemon Scarlet! It was amazing game! I will buy DLC. I saw on trailer video about new adventure and new story! Wow! I can't wait until release it.

Tons of things to do in each DLC. Interesting characters and story.

Cant wait for this to release but im not sure if i will have to buy this twice seeing as i own a copy of both scarlet AND violet so will i have to buy this expansion twice one for each copy of the game?

if u buy the pokémon scarlet dlc will part 2 work for pokémon scarlet or do u have to buy the part 2 for pokémon violet

Im here for the outfits and the content that should come out around December

Did not specify that I had to choose between one or the other. I thought it was for both and and picked the wrong one for the one that I don’t have
