Game is great, for it being out for so long the price could have been a little lower but hey.. it was still worth the buy

The story is shorter and more straightforward than some other games, but with the new wild areas I think it is still fun and has a lot to do. The worst part is that the expansion pass costs an extra $30 on top of the base game.

Loooove this game! I’m 38 hours in and still haven’t completed the story yet. Normally by now, I’d have completed the story in the other games. I’m having so much fun camping and cooking with my Pokémon. Story wise, I see that they worked a lot on creating more developed characters and I really enjoy seeing how they’re growing, which in all gives this game more personality. I know there was a lot of controversy with this game over the national dex, but for casual players and beginning Pokémon players, I highly recommend this game. It is easily one of my favorite Pokémon games

Got this for my best friend so we could trade Pokémon (I have sword and I really wanted the cotton candy ponyta). He’s loving it!

Amazing! As someone who played the very first Pokémon games (blue, red, and yellow) it is mind blowing to see how much these games have evolved. I love the balance of old generation Pokémon to new generations. There isn’t too much of the new ones to be overwhelming for old timers like myself, but enough new Pokémon to keep me interested. I love everything about the Switch and will have to crack down and buy another since we are all fighting over it in my house.

Husband and 9 year old love it. They said something about it having more something than Sword something, but I don't speak Pokemon.

This game is great. My twin granddaughters keep fighting about whose turn to play it

Pretty good game definitely has its flaws. Some pokemon have pretty lazy designs but then u reflect a bit on previous designs like Skunky and that pokemon from 15 years ago would fit into the design of the new game. Other ones however, are very polarizing and don’t really fit into pokemon imo. Anyways if u love pokemon it is still 100% a fun game and there are PLENTY of old in here if u don’t like the new ones.

This pokemon game is great, introducing new mechanics and features into the franchise like the wild area and Ball Guy, this is one not to be missed!

It's a nice game overall, I love some of the new Pokemon and the story is cool. Even with some of it's issues it's a solid game.

It’s a great game with lots of new Pokémon . The story is very easy . I beat the game within 3 days as in gym leaders . Only dislike is past events . You cannot get some Pokémon because you got the game late . Which is lame .

Graphics are nice, story was pleasant to follow, and it’s pokemon. Lacked a few things, like the in-game amount of catchable pokemon and battle animations, but over all a good game.

Such a fun game. Not too grindy. I little short but feels rewarding to capture Pokemons! Never can catch enough even after Sword!
