Enjoyable new entry in the Pokémon main series, and this two-pack is great if you have a family member or friend to play and trade Pokémon with! Leveling takes some time, but exploring this world is really neat, especially on a TV with Switch docked. The gym battles are pretty epic overall! And I like that they grow huge. All in all I very much loved this game!

If you are a new pokemon fan or you have mediocre expectations then this game will probably be great for you. But if you are fan of the series or someone who has standards then I'd say skip this generation. From the cut content and the lack of new content I'd highly recommend to play a previous entry in the series instead.

nice little fun change to see the pokemon in larger form as well, and an online aspect is a nice addition as well. I'll update later, for now, I am going back to catching them all! (the only part I am sad about, I was not given a collectors coin)

So if you plan on having two people play Pokemon on the Switch, its almost a no brainer to get the combo back so that you can trade version exclusive pokemon with each other instead of having to do surprise trades with strangers.

Pretty good game, though this is not much to do post-game other than wander the vast Wild Area. The story line was weaker than previous Pokemon Games and the new gimmick with the large Pokemon doesn't really do it for me. Average Pokemon Game, looking forward to a Diamond/Pearl remake instead.

Pokémon Sword and Shield is a typical Pokémon game. Coins were nice bonus.

For previews players of the series, think this is still a great game despite all the criticism it got. Again, its a kids game so they did kind of make it simple to play through but still has all the core features the older games had.

I only recently got into playing Pokemon (starting playing Pokemon Go last year) and this was my first core game from the series. I probably put in over 100 hours into the game - so much fun! My daughter loves it too.

Quality Pokemon game. Only complaint is that it doesn't have Squirtle.

The games themselves are great, but there's really no point to this bundle, which is simply both regular, retail copies of the game in their normal, individual packaging, inside of a cardboard sleeve. No bonuses, no special packaging, no discount. Not sure why this particular item exists when it's the same as just buying both games individually, plus a cardboard sleeve.

It is a goo fun game . With good graphics and fun to play for most ages

The game is lots of fun, with some new features from the previous Pokémon Games. You can participate in raid battles with your friends, set up camp to play with your Pokémon team mates and while camping you can cook to heal them

My two sons love this game. They play it for hours straight. Especially good if you have two Nintendo Switch’s which allows them to play online against each other (while one plays Pokémon Sword and the other plays Pokémon Shield).
