Such an enjoyable Pokemon game! Tue graphics are amazing. The new pokemon are very cool and the fights and the arenas are excellent. Having so much fun with this!

Great game and easy to understand. I was a bit worried it would be difficult to understand and enjoy. But it’s pretty straight forward and thoroughly enjoyable.

Absolutely loved the game, some of the mechanics are different than previous versions of the game, but the story and the game were a lot of fun.

I had heard some negative/lukewarm reviews, so I wasn't sure entirely what to expect. Pokemon Sword is definitely different from other Pokemon games that I grew up with. For instance, your whole team gains experience from each battle or wild Pokemon encounter. It's also possible to encounter over a hundred different types of Pokemon before you even clear the third gym. I personally think that these changes make the game more accessible. I also think that the game (and especially the wild area) look gorgeous on my Switch lite.

I grew up in the 90s and was a big Pokémon fan of the original 151 Pokémon. I played a lot of the original game boy editions (Yellow, Red, Blue). The leaps and progress they made from those titles to now are nothing short of Amazing! I was skeptical to try a new Pokémon game with all new species and types but if you are a fan of the Pokémon brand please pick this title up, you will not be disappointed. Open world, classic battling and leveling up with determination to become the ultimate trainer/Pokémon master!! It doesn’t get better than this game for this beloved franchise.

Pokemon gotta catch them all! On the Nintendo Switch is even more fun :)

Extremely fun game for the switch! I miss the old Pokémon games but this was fun! Good graphics and story, can’t complain!

I think this game is amazing! The graphics are good, the story is good. I still haven't finished just halfway through my pokedex but so far I am loving it.

It's Pokemon. Same as always and fun as always, has new ways to catch pokemon and new pokemon, otherwise it's the same game as it always is. Very nostalgic and sometimes just want to play this sort of game.

It's a solid game, but it does continue to streamline the series making it less challenging. I was also a bit disappointed that there wasn't more content or a legit team rocket kind of bad guy. Overall worth playing, but still doesn't live up to the older games.

It looks amazing and feels great to play a Pokemon game on my big screen tv instead of being forced to play it on a hand held system. I am really enjoying the new Dynamax system they added to this Pokemon game. But I only have to gyms left and I dont have most of the abilities that these Pokemon gamesare known for. A few examples cut, strength, surf, and fly. These moves have always been staple moves for all Pokemon games and now they're nowhere to be found so far. Other than that I don't anything bad to say about this game. Definitely worth buying.

Much like its predecessor, this entry in the Pokémon series is a little on the easier side, but it's still great fun! The story is a high point and the British Isles-inspired Galar Region is a great shift in gears from the last title. Definitely recommended!

A fun game that shakes up the formula a bit. I like how gyms are more like a proper sport, like soccer matches. Also like the open fields to explore.

Purchased this game for my niece And her and I have been playing it together for the last couple weeks. It’s a fun game to play and try to beat.

Great take on a new Pokémon game for the newest generation console. Graphics look great and it’s easy to play. Hours of fun.

The game is great, and I wish I can just finish my review here. Excellent selection of available pokemon with the DLC pack (30$), otherwise I would consider any newcomer interested in this game to wait for discounts. Gigantimax the new mechanic introduces another new and fast way to play pokemon solo or with friends. The Link battle system is well done and the switch is capable of handling the sync really well. I am 10+hrs in and still focuses on getting all my pokemon in the 1st big exploration area.

It’s a great game. So much fun and easy to play. We play every night and the whole family plays together for family night.
