    Very 2 dimensional. The game holds you hand way too much. Not much to explore with only 1 path leading you to each town.

    Still in the middle of play through, overall a great game definitely different than the older versions. But lots of exploration available thanks to the Wild Area.

    The best and worst thing you can say about this game is that it is a Pokemon game. Same bad AI, terrible graphics and lack of challenge that have kept this franchise back for so many years now. But it has cute animals so I guess that is enough justification for this game to be $20 more than previous entries. It's fine if all you really want is just more of the same stuff as always but it's not going to blow your mind in any way and if anything is less interesting than Sun & Moon.
