Enjoy the any other Pokémon games that aren't Pokémon Go? You like this. Yeah some of the graphics aren't as good as one would hope. And yes it is easier than others. First time playing a Pokémon game? It's a good one to start with.

Being someone who grew up on the first 2 generations of Pokemon, it is great to finally be able to play it on a T.V. The formula has not changes but if you have not played a Pokemon Game for a while then it will feel refreshing.

Best pokemon game so far. Great adventures and can go online to play PvP against other people. Does not has all the pokemon since you have to buy the other game (sword and/or shield) but it is funny and enjoyable to play with friends.

Way better than I expected it to be I really ended up loving the game after you beat it gets a little boring and if you play it a lot you're going to beat it pretty fast but it was a great game

Left out so much that was enjoyable in the previous games. There's no way to choose difficulty, missing a lot of pokemon, etc. Not having all the pokemon was not a problem, but seems like a ploy for nintendo to make a DLC. Which is not a problem, but is not worth the price.

For fans of Pokemon, it's another good game. The online trading is needed to get the exclusive pokemon from the other edition if you didnt buy them both. Fun! Short game overall, but there is an after story as well to keep enjoying.

I preordered this for my son's birthday. He was very excited when it arrived & has been playing it nonstop over Fortnite & all of his other games. Money well spent & we also got a bonus reward for preordering so couldn't be happier.

A solid Pokémon game even with the controversy. I am not extremely into the competitive scene but can recommend this game as a fun experience that evolves the Pokémon series slowly toward a more open world. It may become obsolete when Scarlet and Violet release in 2022.

Bought this for my daughter as she absolutely loves pokemon. So far she really enjoys it. May have to look into the other version. I picked this one specifically because for color as her favorite color is blue

Don't listen to the haters! This game is awesome. As someone who has been playing since Gen 1 this was a fantastic experience. It made me feel like I was kid playing for the first time again. Do yourself a favor and pick up a copy.

Pokemon Sword is a great game for anyone into Pokemon or games that encourage collections. It's fun, simple, and yet it allows for players to strategize advanced tactics beyond a simple amateur playthrough.

Really the best looking Pokemon game out there, though the gameplay is a bit on the easy side, but this really is geared towards kids that have learned to read. Watched my 7yo 1 hit KO 90% of the game... he enjoyed it though!

I waited for this game to come out all year and it was worth it! Game Freak did an excellent job introducing the Pokemon RPG series to a console for the first time. Graphics on point and makes you not want to let go of the Switch!

A Great Christmas gift for children of all ages excitement at every turn awesome graphics and play-ability true taken on Pokemon in a fast pace and intense game give it a true and you will see why it is what you been waiting for.

Was better then I anticipated. I haven’t played a Pokémon game since I was a little kid and playing them on the game boy colors and the see the difference of it is spectacular and soooo addicting!

Hands dow a amazing Pokémon game especially the graphics and easy to play lot of things to do even if you complete it and unlike previous Pokémon games the rival is not just an absolute imbecile overall I give it 5 stars amazing

One of the newest features in Pokémon Sword and Shield is the introduction of the Wild Area. Each area has its own weather condition, and certain Pokémon only appear in such areas depending on the weather.

I picked this up for my nephew who is big time Pokemon fan. I watched him play it and the graphics and game play are great. Check in with a few time after giving to him for Christmas and he was still playing and enjoying it.

In my opinion the best Pokémon game on the switch. Such a great story and adventure the dlc for this game was amazing also. I Highly recommend this game.
