Is it really that more Ultra?

I recently got the non Ultra version for a birthday gift. I don't know the differences between the two versions. After Christmas I will endeavor to see if i can see if it is worth having both versions. I suspect if you have the Ultra versions only, you are not missing out.

It’s not like your standard 8 gym battle. This game has a new way of earning “badges.” It may be a little weird but it’s probably one of the better Pokémon games.

It's clearly inspired by the Hawaiian islands and has all of the famous landmarks. This is probably the largest collection of pokemon in a single game to date.

But for those who understand the concept, this game is quite nice. 3D models of a game that existed over two decades ago makes this game feel quite alive and new.

I'm glad I picked it up though because there's enough changes to keep me going. Pokémon locations have changed, new characters, and new post game stuff.
