Yes, as the internet says, there are minor glitches that are more funny than debilitating--they didn't bother me enough to detract from the overall experience (I'm over 120 hours deep).

The bugs are horrid

This game is clearly not finished, the DLC make things no better and the lack of Pokemon in the pokedex is horrid and pathetic.

Being able to go anywhere is fantastic to a point. No level scaling is a bummer. Frame rate, pop in, and other graphical issues really pull you out of being immersed, but hopefully that will be fixed at some point.
