Got this game for a Pokemon lover for Christmas to go with their new 2DS. Hope they love it!

Gift for my son, it has provided many hours of enjoyment and entertainment, with plenty to challenge him.

You can't go wrong with Pokemon. Sure, the formula hasn't changed much over 20 years, but that doesn't mean the games aren't still fun. X and Y have some of the best graphics and gameplay of the lot, and will keep you occupied for a good long time...or at least until Sun and Moon come out. :)

I didn't think I would like these new pokemon games. I grew up with red, blue and yellow versions. Pokemon X is so much fun. The graphics are great, makes pokemon battles look amazing. There's a real storyline, besides becoming a pokemon master. I can't wait to get to mega evolutions.

My daughter loves this game and plays it all the time. She enjoys all the characters. Nice choice for kids.

I love the fact that I can custimize my character. This is the first Pokemon game that I gave my all to play!

My son loves the game. It has kept him entertained for multiple weeks. He loves the ability to trade Pokémon characters with other gamers. I know this game and all Pokémon DS games are his favorite.

Great game! Blood, gore and cursing! And that was just getting the game out of the packaging. Good character development. Excellent fights. Would be 5 stars if I didn't need others to trade and upgrade characters.

I have not played Pokemon since the last one I played which was Crystal. I am amazed at how much has changed since than playing on the Nintendo 3ds xl. I was recommended to play this game instead of Pokemon Sun/Moon so I gave it a try and it definitely did not disappoint.

this game had me hooked from the beginning very addictive I don't want to put it down and stop playing.

This was my first 3DS experience, and as a classic Pokemon Red/Blue gamer, I absolutely LOVED IT! The game has a lot of new elements, but it is just as fun and exciting! It's the same concept, but it's a fun new adventure! I recommend this to old school Pokefans, and new players!!!

This is a good addition to the Pokemon games. It is the first title to have 3D models for pokemon instead of sprites on a handheld. Not a whole lot of new pokemon, but I would still recommend this to a friend.

This game did meet my expectations. The graphics were amazing and the new effects for the moves and actions of the Pokemon which are unique to each species really adds an extra flare to the game. The new features such as Pokemon Amir and Super Training really make the game more fun the play, more challenging and easier to bond and strengthen your pokemon so you don't have to spend hours EV training. Other than the glitch that's already been patched and the stretched out plot, the game is amazing. 9/10, would bang

My daughter and I had a great time playing this game. Its a fun adventure game. The characters you defeat are happy to be beat. And when you are beat the characters are there to cheer you up and encourage you to keep trying. The story is a bit weak but then again this is a Pokémon game for kids.

I have to admit, if I didn't save the game even once, I could've beaten every trainer along the way. This game was extremely easy to beat, especially if you snagged Blakizen. Nevertheless, it was a great and enjoyable game for old fans from the Blue/Red era as well as the young people of this era.

I love it and I would recommend to get it from best buy because of the great customer service.

This is the first time i've got this deep into a pokemon game since Gold version came out. Finally a newly revitalized game with new things in the world and new attractions and monsters to catch. My only quirk is those darn roller blades, besides that it's a must for a pokemon master's collection.

I totally recommend this game , loved it from beginning to end, I think you will love it too !!!
