Nintendo has done it again with their release of Pokemon X and Y. I purchased Pokemon X for my 10-year-old son on release day, and he spent much time the first few days singing the games praises. He was slightly disappointed that the game itself was not as challenging as he'd hoped, but he loved the storyline and the graphics.

This is one of my all time favorite Pokémon games. So fun, so many new things that all future Pokémon games will have like Mega Evolution and 3D environments.

Storyline is pretty much the same as all pokemon games, however, the graphics and game play are a big step up from the older gens fun for all ages who played Pokemon in the past

This is a really fun game with smooth graphics and short load times.The 3D will give you a headache if you play too long though. You can turn the 3D down or off and play longer.

I am not a pokemon enthusiast by any means so I bought this game to see what the hype was about. It is pretty good, but didn't really hold my interest. It is a money grab by Pokemon company thought as Pokemon X & Y are virtually identical (albeit with a few different variations of Pokemon)

My nephews love it, They have wanted this game for a long time and the quality is great and full of action.

Bought this mainly for my son to go with our 3DS. We have had multiple versions of Pokemon games throughout the years. Both my son & I have enjoyed many hours with this 3DS version. Graphics are great & it is hard for both of us to put down! I find myself playing often when he is not! A must have for any Pokemon fan.

Haven't played a proper Pokemon game since Gold. Pokemon Go got me interested in giving a more recent proper Pokemon game a go (sorry for the pun). Loved it

I originally purchased Y. Then decide to go ahead and X. You get immersed into a whole new world of Pokémon that's totally different than the previous ones

After watching my son play this game, I realized there is a lot of math and strategy planning involved.

Complete rehaul on the whole pokemon franchise. The game looks fantastic and it is much more updated than previous entries. Mega evolves are awesome!

This game is a huge step in the right direction for Pokemon. Still needs a longer story.

The game has a nice flow and the mechanics such as online interactivity and leveling progression. Grinding and micromanaging has been reduced greatly to much success. The game does get stale in the story department. Although grand it does fall off and most will find the game boring soon after completing it.

This game follows the basic scheme that you'll find on any Pokemon game. The 3D elements is a okay change, but it does make you miss the sprites. Overall it's a Pokemon game, you'll explore new territory and catch new Pokemon, but you'll slightly feel as if you've done this before.

Although I prefer the omega ruby and alpha Safire games, I got this just to complete my collection, I love Pokemon games, my goal is to own them all.

I got this for my son and he loves it. It wasn't so easy that he was done with it within a few days and set it aside so you don't feel like you wasted your money.

Bought this game with 3DS on black Friday, it is the best pokemon game I have played. I have been playing them since for several years and this is truly a winner

My step sons play this non stop on the 3ds. It's one of their favorites! It's a great game especially for their age. I would recommend this!

I love this game, I bought it the first day it came out. I play it everyday and just can't seem to put it down. The graphics are great and I love the challenges.
