Had a great time playing Pokemon x, still haven't caught all of the Pokemon. Many more fun filled hours of playing ahead.

It is my first time to play Pokemon, as I bought it due to the Pokemon go games. But I enjoyed the game :-)

Very true to the classic Pokemon games. If you're a fan of Pokemon there's no question you'll enjoy the game

The first main-series Pokemon game on the 3DS doesn't disappoint, with a fully 3D world and plenty of new items, moves, and monsters. The Kalos region is probably the most expansive yet, but the game provides enough info for even new players to easily immerse themselves, without slowing the pace of the game much. For longtime players, there're plenty of classic Pokemon to catch, as well as new Mega Evolutions for dozens of your favorites. The biggest downside for me is that the graphics don't seem quite as refined as some of the other first-party games on the 3DS - Super Mario 3D Land, Kid Icarus, and Fire Emblem all looked beautiful, while Pokemon X and Y seem fairly blocky. Granted, it's almost necessary with 3D models for 700+ creatures and dozens of people, but that doesn't really explain the occasional lag in battles at all.

Playing Pokemon GO! helped push me into this purchase. Game is still fun! Will definitely be buying Y next.

Bought both pokemon x&y for my wife and me since we've both never played a pokemon and and it was surprisingly fun and entertaning. The games have a lot of variety and are execlent for people wanting to get into pokemon.

although i think 2nd gen was the best gen and nothing will compare to it this game still was fun to play.

The definitive Pokemon game. Although, shared XP makes the game overall easier, still one of the best in the series.
