First Pokemon game since Pokemon Yellow on the Game Boy Color, and I'm happy to see they're keeping alive the fun elements of the game, with a lot of improvements. Graphics (obviously) but the gameplay mechanics have been improved as well, which makes for a much more fun game.

This is what fans have been waiting for! This is an excellent evolution of the Pokémon series, fun and easy to get in to, but difficult to master! It is awesome fun for all ages and looks amazing on the 2DS and 3DS screens! Buy It!!!!

I have been going backwards and playing some of the older 3DS pokemon titles. While this one may not be for everyone, it introduces new mechanics and gameplay elements. If there's one thing I would say I did not like about it was the rollerskates item introduced early on, it just feels a bit out of place. Other than that, tons of trainers to battle, and lots of pokemon to collect.

It is a fun game. Pokemon is able to expand the game play for the video game. The game is consistent to the same game the is usually played. The story of how the game is played is the same. The graphics are better and it is a fun game to play.

Need a game to keep your kids from bothering you, this is it.

This was my first experience with this type of game and I loved it. Easy to pick up and play. Recommend for anyone looking for some nostalgia based entertainment

This is a great pokemon game for all ages and skill levels. Whether you are into adventuring or competitive battling, this game will lend itself to your play style.

It's Pokemon, need I say more???? But seriously, its a fantastic game. It's fantastic if you have friends to play with. If you don't, the online capability is fantastic. You can look up the pokemon you want on the GTS. Battle wise, its really good for them doing their first 3D battle settings. Honestly one of my favorite generation games. Don't worry about how old you are and owning this, I'm in college and my whole dorm loves this game, along with at least 5 other people that I know who own either X or Y. This is a game to play for a long time, or at least until the next version comes out.

If you have a 3DS and you don't have a Pokemon game for it, what are you doing with your life? SERIOUSLY! Lol. But really, the game is great :)

Having not played a Pokemon game in a few years, this is a great entry point for newcomers. Good graphics, fast gameplay and lots of content.

This new game features updated graphics and new characters for the pokemon franchise. Must have if you are a fan or a great place to start for new fans.

Bought this game for my new 3ds. I have only played the classics and this game was incredible compared to red, blue, or yellow.

Pokemon X and Y are fun Nintendo 3DS games with a variety of features and lots of replay value. I recommend buying one of these games (you don't really need both unless you're a collector since you can trade online for the version-exclusive Pokemon).
