Have not received the game

I was told the package was running late and that I would not be receiving it until 1/02/2020. I had to go and purchase one from Target in order to have it by Christmas. I will be returning this one to the store when I receive it.

Can’t download on Switch or get refund

I tried to return it the very next day, 12/16 and they would not allow it. Not able to download games on their Switch. I didn’t understand as it was never used.
