Great Game, but could use some extra polish

I spoke with the customer service, and now I need to wait between 24-48 hours for the code. If I had bought the physical, I could’ve avoided all this.

A big step ahead for pokemon gameplay
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A huge step forward for the pokemon franchise. Are there graphics issues? Sure. But the gameplay sets PLA worlds beyond other pokemon games released in the last few years. Quests, wild pokemon encounters that actually feel fresh and exciting. An element of danger has been added that makes this experience truly unique in the franchise. I hope the pokemon company follows this new direction further in the future!

Pre Ordered the game a week ago

Still no code, support is telling me nintendo released codes to them hours ago. I could have walked into a store and bought the game hours ago, or purchased directly on the Switch and already had it pre loaded and good to go.
