The graphics in this game are just unbearable. There is no reason Nintendo should make a game this bad at this point in a system’s lifetime. The graphics are honestly worse than PlayStation one. I don’t even know how this is possible, and how this game was massively sold like this. It blows my mind that people don’t care how bad this game is.

Better than I expected! A refreshing take on the pokemon games

Loved the game! Very entertaining and interactive. Bought one for me and went back for it as a gift to my newphew.

There are some cool mechanics that make they game feel like you are playing the 90s show, but ultimately there isn't much variety in what you are doing. Catch 'em all ad nauseum. Feels more like a silly spinoff than anything.

Purchased for my son and he is very Happy with this game.

Great game with excellent graphics and story lines

Went in with somewhat low expectations but I’ve been blown away by how fun this game has been. Glad they’re trying something new with the franchise.

I have always enjoyed the other pokemon games and this didnt disappoint.

Fun game. I am new to Pokémon and with this being somewhat of a prequel to the series it is beginner friendly. I even play while I play Pokémon go.

So far so good with the game, a bit of a slow opening but liking the different take from previous entries of Pokemon games. After being instructed by customer service to buy a second copy of this game, I finally got a brief chance to join in on all of the enjoyment I had been seeing on Twitter all day. Buyer beware, don't pre-order from this merchant or you'll be disappointed. I, like many others that previously posted definitely got the short end of the stick with no notice. Hope the rest of the game is better than my order experience, because I'll have two copies by some time next week when the original copy is expected.

dropped 70 hours on this. as long as you don't try to rush thru the game you should easily meet the requirements for the ultimate end game goal

Great adventure game. My daughter loves it and I like the fact that she needs to read to understand the story.

Calling all Pokémon fans. This is a must for not only your Pokémon collection but also your switch collection.

10/10 would buy it again. This game was / is awesome. If you think otherwise. You can Pokémon battle me. You basically fight Pokémon Gods

I’m 20 hours in and a long time Pokémon fan I’m loving the new direction this game has taken its fresh and promising for future Pokémon games

Decent improvement on the Pokemon formula. The gameplay loop is fun, but the lack of work put in by GameFreak in the visual and world department makes me say wait for a Christmas sale to pick this up at a discount
