Amazing and refreshing Pokemon game! The gameplay and world are so fresh and exciting. Wish the graphics were better but its still amazing

love the game. Always enjoy a good open world sort of game. Fun game. I hope Nintendo considers more open world items.

First try at a pokemon game - i just cant get into the turn based mechanics of this game. Only thing i like is the semi open world and when you fight the boss pokemon it has some action where you throw some bean bags at it - but then it goes back to turn based combat. Just not the game type for me.

My son loves it and I secretly do too. It’s a cool game that isn’t too hard or complicated.

My son has been looking forward to this game. He just got it in his but the last couple of hours entertained. He enjoys playing this game as a distraction from his studies and uses it often when he takes breaks.

Great game. Would buy it again. World was cool and I loved the alt forms and boss battles. Breath of fresh air for the franchise.

My daughter got a switch for Christmas and received some games. She really wanted this game. She traded in a game & got this one. She loves it! She plays it all the time.

This game will challenge the best players in the world. The game is both fun and hard all at the same time. Once you start, you can’t put the game game. Shiny hunting is easy once you figure out the pattern.

Very nostalgic as I remember playing my game boy with a friend and seeing how Pokémon has evolved, this was a game us “older” folks wish we had years ago. Oh and my 7 year old loves this game too….

Easisly the best pokemon game. The painfully boring experience that is Pearl/Platinum isnt here. The ability to just throw pokeballs without tedious battle grinds is a huge step foward.

this is the first pokémon game that i’ve bought. i’ve played one of the game boy ones back in the day but this is great. aside from the constant boring dialogue, and the very bad pop-in. there’s a really great game here. dunkey said it best this game is like two rappers collaborating. Kendrick Lamar coded the game and did everything, and Jake Paul wrote the story.

Bought as gift for kid. No complaints from them, but looks of game seems very good. 3rd person view with lots of live action, interactive controls for catching/battling other pokemon.

Never played a Pokemon game before was interesting for a first experience would recommend to friends or family

Best Pokémon game ever? If it’s not it’s close. Such an amazing new style to the game. All games moving forward need to use catching and open world.

This game is by far my favorite, I like how it is different from the other Pokémon games, the storyline is also good. It is also nice that you can capture both legendary Pokémon from pearl and diamond.

The game is great. It's a fresh breath in the Pokemon series. It's genuinely fun to seek out and catch pokemon and to try to fill out your pokedex. Entering new regions and discovering new pokemon is exciting! It's held back by graphics which are at times distractingly bad. The landscape draw distance is poor and objects pop in as you run. Still a lot of fun. 8/10
