I'll play anything pokemon so I'll just say how pleased I am with the shipping. The preorder mat and the game were in separate packaging but they arrived at the same time and the mat is really nice.

Great game. Very fun and great storyline. My son and I love the bonding moments that come from have a shared interest in Pokemon. We have played it non stop.

I purchased Pokémon Legends: Z-A from Best Buy after having pre-ordered it. The game itself plays very well. What disappointed me is that, in spite of the fact that I was assured by store associates both during the pre-order process and when I picked it up, I did not receive the playmat that should have been included. Like I said, I was told first that it would be available with the game. Then, I was told that it would be mailed over. After a week, I called and they told me that it wasn't going to come. So, while I will certainly return to Best Buy to buy more products, I will not be pre-ordering a Pokémon game with this store again.

Some of the most fun I've had with Pokemon in quite a while! It's been a blast playing through the game, especially with all of the new Mega Evolutions!

The game Pokémon Legends Z-A came when scheduled and in perfect condition, no complaints, 5 star service, great game for anyone who is new to Pokémon or a long time fan.

So fun! I used to watch Pokémon with my son and I bought myself a Switch last Christmas. 1st game I bought was Pokémon Violet. LOVED it!! This one is just as awesome!

Fast and easy pickup. I was greeted at the door. The gentleman at the pick up till helped me navigate the pick up text. And I received the game.

A brand new way to battle pokemon. If you want a new experience in the old series, this is a great game.

Very good graphics and very fun battle options. The game feels nostalgic and brings in an old sense with also creating new innovations to give it a refreshing feel.
