I purchased Pokémon Legends: Z-A from Best Buy after having pre-ordered it. The game itself plays very well. What disappointed me is that, in spite of the fact that I was assured by store associates both during the pre-order process and when I picked it up, I did not receive the playmat that should have been included. Like I said, I was told first that it would be available with the game. Then, I was told that it would be mailed over. After a week, I called and they told me that it wasn't going to come. So, while I will certainly return to Best Buy to buy more products, I will not be pre-ordering a Pokémon game with this store again.

I have not finished the game yet but the gameplay loop so far is addicting and the mechanics are extremely fun. If you enjoyed legends arceus you will definitely enjoy this.

You start in Lumiose City and it’s HUGE, like there’s Pokémon just walking around everywhere. I picked Totodile as my starter because he’s awesome, but Chikorita and Tepig are cool too. The battles are not like the old Pokémon games — you actually run around and fight in real time, which makes it feel like you’re inside the anime. And MEGA EVOLUTIONS are back!! My Charizard went mega and it was INSANE. Sometimes the sneaky missions are kinda hard, but it’s still fun. And the multiplayer battles are wild — me and my friends all went mega at the same time and it was chaos

The game Pokémon Legends Z-A came when scheduled and in perfect condition, no complaints, 5 star service, great game for anyone who is new to Pokémon or a long time fan.

I think this is one of the best games to be released. I couldn't stand Scarlet and Violet. I just thought they were boring and weak, despite Larry being my spirit animal.

So fun! I used to watch Pokémon with my son and I bought myself a Switch last Christmas. 1st game I bought was Pokémon Violet. LOVED it!! This one is just as awesome!

The game is super fun and refreshing, there’s tons to do and the game cycle is neat. People seem to dislike this game before giving it the proper chance it deserves.

Very good graphics and very fun battle options. The game feels nostalgic and brings in an old sense with also creating new innovations to give it a refreshing feel.

Pre-ordered the game and upon release day it was very easy and simple to obtain my copy. The game itself is amazing and I've been having a wonderful time with it.

Don’t listen to the people. I like it and as a gen 1 fan of pokemon I like the new battle system. Gameplay is solid and the Pokédex is legit. I say give it a try.

The game is pretty great. The game mechanics are unique and the new Mega Pokémon are really cool. One small issue for me is the textures for the buildings being flat. Other than that, would recommend.
