I had a lot of fun playing this game. New battle system was a great addition to the Legends games

I bought this game as a gift for my son, and he loves it! He plays his new Pokémon game every day! Sometimes I enjoy sitting in his room with him and watch him play his game. He loves everything Pokémon! Definitely worth buying!

Best Pokémon game in a while, I’m happy with it and got good story

I’m really loving the game. The map is small imo compared to legends Arceus, but overall still a fun game!

Honestly pretty darn good, a big departure from usual Pokemon game mechanics. It can get a bit repetitive but it's great fun.

Great game to play. I have 3 boys and we all get together and play. It brings me back to my childhood memories. The staff at Best Buy are amazing. Great game to play through, first Pokemon game I’ve played in years. The new battle sequence is fun and addictive. Wish there is more to do after beating the game.

Just an overall good time. Catching pokemon is snappy and quick, battles are the most engaging they've been in a long time, and exploring the city (while a bit plain sometimes) is still very fun. I wouldnt say the game is very difficult but it can have its moments where i was almost assured i was going to lose against one or two of the bosses. Also I found a shiny bellsprout I named LemonHead and he's my best bud.

Pokemon Legends: Z-A for Switch 2 is an interesting take on the Legends formula. I played it with my kids (9 and 7) and they both adored it. I thought it was decent. The battle system takes a little adjustment, but once you figure it out, it's fun. The visuals are a little underwhelming, but not bad. Legends: Z-A represents a (very) incremental step in the right direction for the Pokemon series as a whole, mindful of its status as a spinoff.

the game itself is a nice, refreshing title in the pokemon franchise and great for people who wish to feel what its like to actually BE your character in the pokemon universe. great for old and new fans alike. my criticism of the game lies in the fact that there is $30 dlc announced before the game even has released and in the fact that your pokemon transferred to this game cannot be transferred back to your previously compatible titles.

Good game. I prefer the main series titles myself. New battle mechanics are interesting and take a little bit of getting used too. Overall, not bad at all in my opinion. Some things could definitely of been done better. I was skeptic of the game before I purchased it. Surprised me with how much i was enjoying it. Couple things you have to unlock by playing ranked matches online. I absolutely do not like that at all. Definitely my biggest problem with the game.

Honestly if nintendo put more effort into this game it could have been a top tier game, unfortunately so busy with palworld that they let this game kinda flop. In pokemon standards its both a f and a b-. F is due to lack of effort on visuals and map size and the z to a matches and the b- is the idea of wild zones and battle mechanics that kinda bring life to such a old game

This game is really cool, I was skeptical of the live battle feature however I found it to be easy to integrate in to. The textures on the buildings are kind of a pull, and when they released the game they made the post story line a DLC behind yet another paywall, unlike previous mega games i.e. ORAS with delta episode. I enjoyed the story, seeing some of my favorites return, and the new megas (-1 star for no mega Flygon)

I understand all the negative reviews from “die hard fans” or people that HAVE to play at 60fps, but I really am enjoying the game. This is what I wanted from a Pokemon game some generations ago, the battle system is fun and it’s fun exploring the city and the wild zones, I do wish it was a little bigger like the previous legends game but overall I am really enjoying the game and hope they build on this in future games.

I have been waiting for this game for the longest time. I have enjoyed the mess out of it. One of the greatest pokemon games to have been created. Great Storyline, Amazing Mechanics, and overall has me glued to my screen wanting and excited to play it every night. Genuinely one of the best pokemon games for the switch since Legends Arceus. 10/10 Recommended.
