Great game! Alot more battling that Legends Arceus but there's plenty to do! From side missions, research tasks, catching pokemon and filling the pokedex to online battles!

This is a great game! I’ve been a longtime Pokémon fan, but honestly, I had started to get a little bored with the same old format. Pokémon Legends: ZA completely pulled me back in. The new approach feels refreshing, exciting, and exactly what the series needed. My only wish is that they had kept more of the open-world exploration style from Legends: Arceus, because that was such a fun and immersive part of the experience. Still, overall, I’m really happy with the direction of this game and impressed with how it revitalized my interest in the franchise.

Amazing new installment to the franchise. With the battle mechanic and catching system its the closest weve gotten to what being in that world would be like. Still missing a game that has nidoran lines as part of their out of box dex

As an old (Red/Blue/Yellow/Silver) lapsed Pokémon game fan, this game is so much fun. The new battle system feels like how we imagined it when we were younger.

Best pokemon game on the switch by far -battle system is 10/10 -alot of changes to the regular pokemon playstyle which pays off -mega are back

While not a contender for Game of the Year, Legends ZA is great take on the franchise with the new battle system and exploring a huge revision of Luminose City. The story is great for players who played the original X & Y but still lets new players immerse in playing without needing to play the original 3DS games. As a follow-up to Legends Arceus, this game is very different, in a positive way that allows both games to have their moments to shine. A really good game for fans or for introducing a new genration to these games.

Very fun and unique way to play Pokémon! The battle system is cool and adds a challenge that the older games don't have.

I don’t understand why this is such a polarizing title. Legends Z-A much like its predecessor (Arceus) retouches the Pokémon formula, in this case more combat focused as opposed to Arceus main objective which was to fill out the pokédex. The graphics though by any means show stopping are okay, however the Pokémon models and characters look lively and actually like they have some resemblance of emotions, which has been lacking in a lot of previous titles were they look dull. I definitely this is one of the best Pokémon experiences have to offer specially on Switch.

Good game, really fun, even sometimes is repetitive has a good pace and always feels fun, the pokemon and attack animations are incredible, however the map feels small and empty

This was a masterpiece of a game for switch 2. The graphics, the combat, the unique storyline. It was so cool to capture all the mega evolutions and grind out the stones. 10/10 definitely buy.

Game plays and works well. They made a couple narrative choices that i personally was unhappy about, but overall good expereince.

It's a Pokemon game and that's what makes it fun. I'm glad I bought the Switch 2 version as it runs smoothly.

The game's new combat system is really active compared to the old turn based, however there's some things I wish were more in place, like being able to stop your pokemon from running into a small field of fire. The setting being only Lumiose City is okay for the first two hours but then it gets visually dull, the wild areas change the scenery only slightly and for a very small area of the city. The plot was pretty good and the returning characters should keep pokemon fans continuing the story. A solid 4/5 don't 100% this game unless you have a lot of free time

I'm pleasantly surprised playing this game as I loved PLA. It's fun, fast-paced, and some of the dialogue is hilarious. Don't know how it runs on Switch 1, but not issues on Switch 2. There are a few flaws though: 1. How is it not possible to climb a small ledge? Why can you only climb a ledge if it's at an angle? Doesn't make sense 2. Why PLA is a better game - PLZA you have to be at a certain distance to catch a Pokemon whereas PLA you can throw a Pokeball at any distance. 3. I'm sick of the overworld theme. Overall, would recommend to any Pokemon fan!

amazing Game , great gameplay , good story. Only issue is the sporadic bad graphic models.

I have 20 hours in this game so far and I am loving it, I stopped playing pokemon for so long beacuse it got boring and repetitive but legands Z-A brings a whole new feeling. The changed battle mechanism makes the game feel so different to the others, I enjoy how you are put under more pressure and have to dodge and actually think fast! Another change ive noticed is how the pokemon have more variants of sizes compared to scarlet and violet, its so cool to see a mix of small and xl pokemon together

Great game and new way to play the Pokémon franchise games.

Great game some people dont like it but honestly i think its pretty good i mean the new combat system is good my only gripe is the multi-player theres a lot of hackers and to many peope sitting back and waiting for pkmn to be almost K.O.'d and then sbeak up and steal the last hit getting the point it ruins it your in a good battle and then lastvsecond someone comes up and steals both K.O.'s its infuriating if im being honest but single players great

Great game, First time i actively seek trainer battles instead of avoiding them. Map doesn’t feel small but much smaller than SV
