The game is super fun, yes graphics on the building and environment should be better at this level, but the game play and new battle mechanics help bypass this issue. I dont even notice anymore. Been having fun playing since it came out.

This game is by far one of my favorite pokemon games I have played in a very long time. The gameplay is addictive, there's so much to do in the city and the story is nice. Yes the graphics are not the best but the content it carries is great.

One of the best Pokémon games I’ve ever played. Yeah, the graphics aren’t that impressive, but honestly, I don’t mind. I’d rather focus on the mechanics instead of just how the window looks. The new battle mode is actually really fun.

This is a good Pokémon game. Even if it’s not the most visual appealing game and there’s no voice acting, the gameplay, music, and characters are the saving graces. While the gripes are legitimate, it’s still a game worth playing and judging for yourself.

I’ve had an absolute blast playing this! As a longtime Pokémon fan, I’m really excited about the direction the series is heading. The battle system is fantastic, and the variety of Pokémon keeps things fresh. Definitely a must-play!

Based on gameplay alone, this is a fantastic game. The fact that battle is now "live" and skills now have a processing and cooldown period really adds a new layer of challenge and excitement to the series. Alpha Pokémon are pretty intimidating at first, but once you level your Pokémon and access Mega Evolution, it gets easier. This is the most fun I've had with a Pokémon game in a while. The graphics (especially the walls of buildings) could have used some additional polishing, but the characters and most of the world look fantastic. The main story and side quests are a lot of fun, too! I've been taking my time with the game because I'm in no hurry to see it end. Definitely a must-buy for a Pokémon fan!

Okay I know a lot of people hate this game and it definitely has it's issues (some glaring issues even) but despite it's flaws it's actually really fun which at the end of the day is what you want. If you liked Arceus you'll probably enjoy this I think.

This is a fun game, much like Arceus, it plays different than the other mainline games. Shiny hunting is fun and the battles, while more simple have potential. It does feel a lot smaller than previous Pokemon games, it could be because it's set in only one city.

Super engaging and approachable for me players, or for those that have a hard time staying with or finishing games like myself. Competitive battling is a great and mostly easy to earn exclusive items and I highly recommend.

To me this game has brought my favorite things of scarlet, violet and arceus into one great game. The story is very. Side quest are great. I have put in plenty of hours and have not been bored whatsoever if this game.

I Love the battle system, although the game seems unfinished in texture, and depth, and definitely is lacking voice acting, I feel it is on the right track for the franchise.

It's a good game, I enjoyed legends arceus so this game is fairly similar. The battling is a little weird and the area (which is just lumios city from Kalos) is fairly small so it isn't worth $70 imo but I would get it if it's discounted if you enjoy pokemon games.

Excellent and fresh take to the Pokemon universe. Having a great time playing through and doing side quests. No need to rush the story on this one although the game is limited to the city, there is plenty to do.

After the last few games I had lost some hope in the franchise but this is definitely a very good entry. The battle mechanics are very solid and the smaller map is nice so that they could focus on the quality

Great game. A really solid entry in the Pokemon series. It’s a massive step up from Violet and Scarlet. It plays differently than others in the series due to it being “Legends” but the play mechanics make it interesting.

A great time and a fresh new battle style! If you enjoyed Legends Arceus, this game is the next step in that game design's direction, but it is more focused on battling itself than on the trainer's survival.

I grew up from Red / Blue. Yes, this gameplay style is a departure from the originals but it's fun nonetheless. Feels more "realistic" per se in that you're constantly moving. Give it a chance.

The gameplay was enjoyable. The city is less of a city and more of a maze of buildings you can't enter. Overall, I enjoyed my time playing but I think there are still some steps that need to be made before we get to the perfect pokemon game.

I personally really enjoyed the game. My issues with the game aren’t major. Maybe a little nit picky. The cities buildings are very clearly just images copy and pasted. I know it would be a lot to fill every room, but the buildings lack variety due to it. Other than that, the game does a lot of things well. The new battle system was my biggest concern and I genuinely love it. I’ve had a lot of fun with it. The Pokemon themselves have never looked better. Truly great

One of the best games I’ve played in a long time. Currently over 40 hours in and can’t wait for the DLC. Don’t listen to the reviews about the graphics they didn’t bother me through my playthrough at all
