My granddaughter wanted this game and Best Buy was the only place to have it. They even delivered to my home.

my husband was looking forward to this hame for awhile! i got it for him for his birthday while he was in the hospital for open heart surgery and it really made the time so much more bearable for him ☺️

Bought for my husband, he loves the game. Definitely recommend it for my fellow pokemon lovers!

I'll play anything pokemon so I'll just say how pleased I am with the shipping. The preorder mat and the game were in separate packaging but they arrived at the same time and the mat is really nice.

game is not what I expected. Also I had to pay for a mouse mat that was stated to come with a pre ordered game. Other pre-order customers stated that they were told it would be included and was not.

Very fun with the battle system and cosmetics. It’s a Pokémon game at the end of the day, so not everyone will be happy, but Legends games have their own unique charm.

Amazing installment to an already amazing franchise. Highly recommend due to graphics, gameplay, and story.

Really like playing pokemon and these game is good but not great but if your fan of pokemon I recommend buying and playing if you just want to have fun playing it

Great game. Very fun and great storyline. My son and I love the bonding moments that come from have a shared interest in Pokemon. We have played it non stop.

I purchased Pokémon Legends: Z-A from Best Buy after having pre-ordered it. The game itself plays very well. What disappointed me is that, in spite of the fact that I was assured by store associates both during the pre-order process and when I picked it up, I did not receive the playmat that should have been included. Like I said, I was told first that it would be available with the game. Then, I was told that it would be mailed over. After a week, I called and they told me that it wasn't going to come. So, while I will certainly return to Best Buy to buy more products, I will not be pre-ordering a Pokémon game with this store again.

It may not perceived well by the masses but it gets the job done
