It's so fun game but it's not like a traditional Pokemon game

This is a replica of the game from our childhoods, just with enhanced visual and animations. This is not a new game altogether! It is compatible with your mobile devices Pokémon Go app which is awesome!

The graphics was great and I like how easy it is to play the game. I purchased this as well primarily for the perks (re: mystery box) that I can use in PokemonGo to catch more Meltan which I needed to evolve.

Gets pretty challenging as you try to level up but son likes

Simple game play, but you don’t actually have to battle to catch Pokémon. I’d say it’s more geared towards children but my 5 yr old asks for help constantly. If your child doesn’t know how to read it’s a bit more difficult for them as it carries traditional Pokémon game play minus the battling wild Pokémon.

Game itself is similar to original Pokémon games. I bought a game to get a mystery box in Pokémon go. Took me about 15hrs to get to that point and now I’m not playing it unless I need to transfer a Pokémon to get a new mystery box. So I gave it four stars because I think it is too expensive if you are primarily interested in Pokémon go.

This is a fun reimaging of the original Pokémon yellow.

Definitely a throwback, I brought it to initially play with my daughter because she's obsessed with Pokemon and I ended up playing more than I'd originally intended

Really fun though to catch Pokemons is not like the red or blue where you have to battle it to weaken it and try to catch them. Catching Pokemons is exactly like Pokemom Go. Nostalgia moments and enjoyable.

Exactly what a Pokemon game player would expect. Always fun.

The game is amazing. The beginning feels a little like a remaster Pokemon yellow. However the game play defeneitly makes up for it and the after game play makes it much more enjoyable after beating the game

If you played the OG Pokemon games then you have to pick this up. Heck if you have a NIntendo Switch and you didn't play the OG Pokemon games, still buy this! Fantastic game, don't let the reviews fool you.

This is probably the easiest pokemon game i've ever played.

This game is a fun look at the old game and is a blast for veterans of the series. Pretty easy until the end game.

My son asked for these since he likes to collect cards now. He was very please with the selections. I would buy more to give to nephews who also likes to collect cards.

Bought for my 8 year old son to introduce the world of Pokémon gaming. So far, he loves it! Challenging enough to keep it interesting but not so difficult that he rage quits.

Fun and addicting! It’s hard to put my switch down. This is my first switch Pokémon game. I used to play on emulators and I’m glad I finally purchased.

A bit simplistic but fun to play. Great nostalgic factor!
