I loved Pokemon Blue Version as a kid. Playing this was like comfort food. I couldn't get the smile off my face. I didn't know if I would like the change from random encounters but after seeing it in action I really think it is a big improvement.

I was excited for this game when it was announced so I can re explore the first Pokemon games again after all these years. This game does take from Pokemon go but it was fun to play the game again in updated graphics, Pokemon has come a long way

I have always had a sweet spot for the first gen pokemon, and being able to revisit it the way I always saw it in my imagination makes it amazing! I love this game. Having my partner pokemon follow me makes it immersive. I love this game!

Just by having the opportunity to watch my pokemon walking next to me, this is worth it. It is true that there have been many changes on the difficulty but if we consider this a middle point between the accessibility that pokemon go gave and the adventure that the original games gave, I feel very satisfied with thenew experience. I will be updating as I keep playing.

This game is a fantastic intro to Pokemon if you've never played before. If you'vebeen playing for years, it's still a great game. Updated game mechanics with a splash of nostalgia for the original red and blue games make for a really fun time.

This game was actually way better than I thought it was going to be! It's worth the price just to see Kanto updated with new graphics but the catching system actually turned out to be surprisingly fun as well. A fun 15-25 hour game for casual players and a nice simple introduction into IV's, shiny hunting and competitive for those looking to make the jump into something more serious and "grindy".

Super fun and great to play with family and friends. If you are a huge Pokemon fan and love the original Game Boy Color Pokemon games then you need to get this! Plus being able to use Pokemon Go as well is awesome!

Really fun game that is great for young kids. The game has many quality of life improvements over the original which helps to make it easier for my 7 and 5 year old to play.

This game may not have the full complexity of a flagship Pokémon release but the cuteness and simple fun coupled with the nostalgia is enough to make this a blast to kill time with! The tie in with Pokémon GO makes it even more compelling!

The game is pretty fun once you get over the catching mechanic and the lack of battling wild pokemon. A pretty good buy for your children or if your nostalgia makes you want to relive your fav childhood pokemon game in better graphics.

I had been getting tired of the Pokémon formula, this game was both an enjoyable return to the game I grew up playing and a new simpler way to play. Co-op play is super friendly to jump in and out. My only gripe is the forced motion controls and that throwing the joy con can get frustrating due to its inaccuracy.

If you've ever wanted to know what a beefed-up version of Pokemon Yellow for the Gameboy would've looked like, this is the title to buy. It's also a fantastic game to play with families and friends that recognize this iconic game franchise.

I purchased the Pokemon game for my son's Switch and he absolutely loves it.. He started getting into Pokemon about 6 months ago but I couldn't help him much since I knew zero about how to play.. This game has helped him tremendously!!

So incredibly good. It’s like they took the original game boy game, deleted all the annoying stuff and added in even better stuff! Highly recommend. Playing with my 7-yr old has been very rewarding.

This is an amazing take on Generation 1/Kanto Region with Pokemon. The graphics and gameplay are great. There alot of nods to the original Pokemon Red and Blue. People who are old fans of the series or new fans they will all like it.

Nintendo hasn't really improve on the original formula that much but it is improved graphic. There's nothing here that will excite a seasoned gamer. But the nostalgic factor is real.

At first, I wasn't going to get let's go due to the focus on it being even more kid friendly than most pokemon games. However, the nostalgia and slight differences were enough to make this a charming game for me. Having pokemon appear in the overworld is a godsend, though I could do without the new capture mechanics. Recommended if you have a lot of nostalgia for the originals.

I be been waiting for this to come out since the release of Pokémon Yellow! An already amazing game with amazing graphics! The only complaint I have is you can’t use a regular controller with this game. Other then that it’s a must buy!

I’ve been a fan of Pokémon since I was little, so playing this game is like returning to the days of gameboy color. It’s more detailed and closer to the original anime, too. Definitely recommend.
