Bought Let's Go Pikachu as a gift and Let's Go Eevee for myself. Really enjoying playing and my only issue is that there isn't a coop story (not a big deal since I know traditionally they are single player experiences that encourage trading and battling) but it's a small thing that can be overlooked. After all if I want a coop game I can look to something else. Overall it's great to see how far the games have come technically while still retaining the gameplay mechanics that make them so great, also the nostalgia is awesome.

This game is really enjoyable and simple. For someone that is looking for a game for fun and trying to have fun while killing time this game can be a good to get. Pokemon let's go Pikachu and Pokemon lets go Eevee are the same and it doesn't matter whitch one u get. The best part is if u wanna play with someone u can split your joy-cons and play on table top mode with two players.

This is basically a remake of Pokemon Yellow with some slight changes. The updates are welcome and make the game less of a chore. Instead of random encounter battles with a million Zubats in Rock Tunnel, you now can simply run away from them if you don't want to encounter them because you can see them in the overworld. You also only catch random pokemon, rather than battling them.

I was not expecting much because of the Go features, but this turned out to be a great game that was a lot of fun. I have played pretty much every Pokemon game and this is the most fun I have had in a while. Catching Pokemon is a lot more fun and it made me really want to catch them all. Yeah some things could be better (like online features), but overall it is a lot of fun.

As a fan of gen 1 Pokémon this game really gave a nostalgic feel especially since I watched the show growing up and overall enjoyable experience and the gameplay is solid too and I like the connection that you build with your pikachu as well. Being able to pet him alone makes me want to give the game 5 stars.

To me this is a blend of classic Pokemon gameplay mixed with new elements of pokemon go. I like the exp. share from the get go. There are plenty of battles along the way to your next location to attain your next badge. You can actually see the pokemon you will be catching unlock random battles. Overall good game but I can't wait for Pokemon Sword & Shield.

Ton of fun with this game and highly recommend it for new players and anyone who played old Pokemon games. Some people have had concerns with being able to see the Pokemon in the wild rather than have them be random encounters but it does not take away from the game at all and random encounters can still happen. Super easy to sink some time into this game without noticing.

It's Pokemon...very low chance of a bad game. This is no exception, great title. With that said, this would be more of a starter Pokemon game (don't get me wrong, this is fun for any Pokemon fan of any age). If you have a young player who is inexperienced...this is the one, Easy pick up and play and a lot of fun.

It is so great to cancel the wild battle, which make it more possible for impatient me to catch shinny Pokémon! Visible Pokémon make the game world more vivid! Honestly, Moon was my first Pokémon game and I decided to never buy a Pokémon game again. But this one has the same story as the cartoon I watched when I was a kid, so I gave it a try and feel this is much better!

This game brings back my childhood memories when I first got into pokemon yellow version back in 1999. This game is just like the old one, with updated graphics and visuals of course and how nice for it to be on a portable console such as the switch. My only complaint is the controls for catching pokemon may be cluncky but hopefully they fixed that up with patch updates.

My grandson got this for his birthday and loves it! He has played some Pokemon games on the DS but just got a Nintendo Switch recently and was excited to get the game. This past year he watched an entire youtube video series on the game and now he gets to experience it himself. Highly recommended game for any Pokemon fan and the kids love it!

Going back to Kanto never felt so good. Pokemon is now mainstreamed, faster paced, easier, and more obsessive than ever. Now, you're not encountering random Pokemons on the grass. You no longer get xp by battling Pokemons on the grass but by catching them. Catching Pokemons is also the faster way to get XP, compared to battling other trainers. Really enjoying it.
