I’m a first time gamer at 50 so I wanted to start out simple. This is fun and cute. I can also play with my son and that makes it a great family game.

I bought this for my 5 year old in hopes to increase her interest in Pokémon. It’s pretty menu heavy so I think I’ll be trying snap for her. The game itself is cute but I’d wait for it to be around 40$

My son is a huge Pokemon fan and has been having fun playing this game. Lot's of reading and investigating involved which I consider educational, and tons of different Pokemon to catch.

Game is nice, having pokemon in the big screen an more onteraction with them. But just another red and blue version. Expecting more interaction with pokemon go, but not worth it. Just a meltan box. Is better to wait for the new main game of the serie.

My friend suggested I try this one out before buying Sword or Shield and he was right. Haven’t played a Pokémon game in years and this was a great re-introduction.

Just like all previous pokemon games, there is a version difference between Pikachu and Eevee versions (version exclusive pokemons exist). Recommend any of the two for the beginners.

Bought this for my 7 yr old son’s bday. He loves it. Took to it right away. He’s been watching the animated series and is enjoying the game.

Who doesn’t love Picachu. It brings back the good ol days! It’s the same only better! I already beat it! Lots of extras to do after tho! I’m still playing!

My son is 6 and finds it hard to play, he doesn't read well 100% and would of been nice to have the wording read out loud. He was very exicted to play it but it's not that interested anymore.

This is a great remake of pokemon yellow with modern gameplay. I lost track of the whole pokemon timeline so keeping it gen 1 was a smart choice since its what most are familiar with

My girlfriend bought this as well so I returned this one. It's a fun, non-violent, game to buy and play online. Just wish it was better being paired up with Pokemon Go!

A very fun and interactive game. My first Pokémon game, and I love it. My boyfriend is an old Stan of the Pokémon games and he loves it as well.

It’s like Pokémon Yellow for the Gameboy without the surprise Pokémon appearing. Not to mention you get the play with Pikachu!

Nintendo has some of the best games. If u don’t have a switch, theme this is the game that will make u get one.

Great throwback down memory lane. I really enjoyed this game. There is much to do after you're done with the Elite 4 as well.

Maybe it's getting older, but the constant grinding for leveling up just gets boring. The pokemon catching is more annoying than rewarding. The animations are fun and look great, but I don't need to see them every time I want to cut or surf.

Great game just like the old yellow version! The graphics and character interactions are amazing!

Love this game! I love being able to see the Pokémon in the overworld. A lot of small features that make for a great experience.

Definitely different then the core main series. But its meant to be easy for all ages. It does get a bit annoying when playing on the handheld that it is on the tv screen.

Loved the game purchased for my 4 year old son. But he wasnt much into it and got bored easially there was alot of reading to do to progress. Think I enjoyed it more than him!
