We have only been playing the game for a couple days. So far, it has been ok. We have caught a lot of weak Pokémon, but that is it. We may not totally understand the game, but it seems a little slow compared to the Pokémon go app. We will see if it improves once we get more time played.

I gave this for a gift so to be quite honest I have not played it but I'm what I've heard it's an excellent video game and the kids will have a lot of fun

Great modern day remake of a gameboy classic. It’s great with switch because you can play the switch in handheld mode and feel nostalgic.

Wanted an updated game to remind me of the good Ole game boy days. This game is great its very similar to pokemon leaf green :)

Our 8yo enjoyed this game a lot. He didn't play as much as the 3ds games but still put a lot of time into this one. Recommend the pokeball accessory for children.

This was a perfect remaster in my opinion of pokemon yellow. They kept all the key features of the old games with adding in enough new content for it to feel new.

Great game- my six year old loves it. Makes me remember my days playing Pokémon red for Gameboy Advance. Same game just modernized. Nintendo keeping the classics!

I purchased this version of pikachu and also the eevee with the pokeball controller. It was worth it to have both versions of the games and the special controller.

If you like the ole Pokémon games then this is for you. The only downside is that it isn’t a massive amount of gameplay 15-20 hours maybe but still a blast to play

This Pokemon takes you back to when it was out for gameboy color. If you liked the game from back then you will like this game, you can also link up with the Pokemon Go mobile game to transfer the Pokemon to the switch game and also battle your friends online which is cool.

This game i have hundreds of hours in, It an amazing game for kids and adults that grew up it Has all the assets and shiny hunting is amazing in this game

Nephew received this game as a birthday gift. He is loving it, though he does have limited time to play due to screen time limits posed by mom! But great so far.

She's 17 & had requested it for Christmas as she's a LONG time fan of Pokemon.She couldn't have been happier.She plays it with her Switch handheld.

My son loves the game, you never go wrong with a classic. Video game is appropriate for kids and teenagers.

Good game just missing more better content and should not be 60 dollars maybe 40 dollars. Master trainers are a waste of time not worth adding into the game. Fire red and leaf green were better and this game was ok at best.

At first I was afraid of the new catching mechanic but soon realized that it's a nice change from the tedium of the classic way. It's a nice trip down memory lane

This game is basically a fusion of classic Pokemon with the Pokemon catching gameplay of Pokemon Go which is in my opinion an excellent idea, as long as you go into this game accepting that it is a different take on the classic games you will have a good time like I have.

As expected the game is great with the new dynamics of it. The new features and being able to see the Pokémon before catching them it’s so great. Love this game

Saw this product was on Best Buys deal of the day. Got it the next day. My son who is 8 set it up and was playing in a manner of minutes.

My kids love this game. They have had it for over 6 months and still play it frequently. Good amount of entertainment for the price.
