Do you like playing Pokémon Go on your phone? Then you want this game to connect to your Pokémon Go game so you can transfer all you cute lil critters to your game and let them play in multiple warehouses inside your Pikachu/Eevee game. They won’t transfer with all the stats but so what. The story isn’t great but for a first time Pokémon game on switch, it was fun to play. Two player isn’t that exciting but fun if you have a lil kid who wants to tag along while battling. It syncs with the pokeball controller which is fun, and you can take your Pokémon on a stroll which helps level it up. My strolls are usually a ride on a local bus so it thinks I’m doing a lot more walking than in reality. This game is better with that pokeball and Pokémon Go.

My son loves it. He is a big Nintendo fan and he especially loves this game. He says he can get shiny Pokémon and rare ones with this game

Lots of fun and many courses to play definitely worth every penny no matter what anyone thinks the only opinion that counts at the end of the day is your own! : -)

This game brings back all the memories of playing Pokémon Yellow on my Game Boy as a wee lad so many years ago. The graphics are great, and the gameplay is amazing! Such a fun game to play!

Excellent Game! Not too easy, as some people say. It is also very well made. LOTS of battles! I was afraid there wasn't going to be ANY battling. But there is TONS of battling! Great game!

I love this game. And my nephew loves this game. It is very similar to the previous Pokémon games. However I really love petting my pikachu in this game.

Awesome retro game! It is modern, with a modern storyline, but retro in the sense that it uses the original map and generations of pokemon, in lieu of "newer" ones.

I’m a first time gamer at 50 so I wanted to start out simple. This is fun and cute. I can also play with my son and that makes it a great family game.

I bought this for my 5 year old in hopes to increase her interest in Pokémon. It’s pretty menu heavy so I think I’ll be trying snap for her. The game itself is cute but I’d wait for it to be around 40$

It was nice revisiting kanto in this game. While catching Pokémon is simplified (no more battles) it is nice playing through this game. Highly recommend to new and veteran players

This is the perfect game to hold us over until Sword and Shield! It's a good all around intro to those new to the world of pokemon and those that learned about pokemon through GO.

This is a great game for both new and old players alike. It's a great way to also bring in the Niantic Pokemon Go world into the Switch. If you're a Pokemon fan this game is a must have!

My son is a huge Pokemon fan and has been having fun playing this game. Lot's of reading and investigating involved which I consider educational, and tons of different Pokemon to catch.

Game is nice, having pokemon in the big screen an more onteraction with them. But just another red and blue version. Expecting more interaction with pokemon go, but not worth it. Just a meltan box. Is better to wait for the new main game of the serie.

The game is more about catching Pokemon than battling, but it's still a fun updated twist on a classic game. Wish the pokemon stayed more true to their original elements though as well.

This is the first Pokemon game I have bought since Gameboy Advance. I missed out on the DS generation. I'm glad I didn't miss out on this new game. Really enjoying visiting Kanto again.

My friend suggested I try this one out before buying Sword or Shield and he was right. Haven’t played a Pokémon game in years and this was a great re-introduction.

Just like all previous pokemon games, there is a version difference between Pikachu and Eevee versions (version exclusive pokemons exist). Recommend any of the two for the beginners.
