Better than expected
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been playing since Red and Blue and I kind of expected this one to be a let down, but I was pleasantly surprised by this one. There's a lot more depth to the game than I expected, even though a lot of features were cut. But the game can get very easy if you let it. My advice for experienced gamers is to go into this game with a few rules for yourself to follow in order to make it more fun.

Needs more of the original Pokemon
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good game. Fun, however it didn't have a lot of the good parts of the original game.

Its an alright game
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Positives: playing in kanto in HD on a large TV has always been a dream of mine and Let's Go helped that come true. Negatives: The game is intended to be dumbed down, so a lot of features are removed even though this is the most expensive pokemon game to date. I honestly wouldn't but for any more than $30

Rose tinted glasses
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A not-so-faithful remake of Pokemon Yellow. Everything has been casualized for kids.

Good game, fantastic nostalgia
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game was actually way better than I thought it was going to be! It's worth the price just to see Kanto updated with new graphics but the catching system actually turned out to be surprisingly fun as well. A fun 15-25 hour game for casual players and a nice simple introduction into IV's, shiny hunting and competitive for those looking to make the jump into something more serious and "grindy".

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not quite the same as the classic games, but entertaining enough for a 10 year old.

Simple and fun!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game may not have the full complexity of a flagship Pokémon release but the cuteness and simple fun coupled with the nostalgia is enough to make this a blast to kill time with! The tie in with Pokémon GO makes it even more compelling!

Great for new players and lapsed Pokémon trainers
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had been getting tired of the Pokémon formula, this game was both an enjoyable return to the game I grew up playing and a new simpler way to play. Co-op play is super friendly to jump in and out. My only gripe is the forced motion controls and that throwing the joy con can get frustrating due to its inaccuracy.

bringing my childhood back
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nintendo hasn't really improve on the original formula that much but it is improved graphic. There's nothing here that will excite a seasoned gamer. But the nostalgic factor is real.

Great game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my daughter's review of the game: Animation is very fluid. I am a fan of the game design. Not a fan how the cut out Pokemon abilities but what can you do? I like the premise of the game and the overall structure. Very entertaining.
