Customers are saying
Customers find value in the engaging gameplay and nostalgic elements of Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu!, particularly enjoying the innovative Poké Ball Plus controller. Many appreciate the game's ease of use and consider it fun for players of all ages, although some find the price point a bit high and the Poké Ball Plus somewhat small. The simplified catching mechanics are a point of contention for some, while others wish for a more challenging experience. Overall, the game is praised for its charming remake of a classic, but opinions vary on certain aspects of the design and price.

Brings me back
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this game. I just love it. It brings me back to when I was in 5th grade and would play Pokemon Blue on my Game Boy. It has a great nostalgia factor and fun gameplay. Definitely a good transition for people just getting into the Pokemon games.

Really enjoyed it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a fun game, if you liked Yellow version growing up you'll really like this game. The Pokeball plus is a good accessory to include and it's fun to use in game, if you play Pokemon GO it can also be used with it, so the purpose doubles.

Great for Nostalgia
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While this game is very easy, it is undoubtedly a great way for Nintendo to introduce Pokemon on the switch before putting the main series in. This game was obviously meant to bring Pokemon Go users in without making them overwhelmed but it is also good for anyone who wants to get a feel for Pokemon on the switch and also good for long time Pokemon players who want to go back to the Kanto region and get a taste of nostalgia

Kiddos loved it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cute game I guess the kiddos play for hours so its a bit pricey but at least it occupies them as so many games do not do that. I will clarify I dont recommend products to anyone thus why I leave a review so no I dont but its mandatory to answer!

Pretty Fun!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Its not the full on Pokemon experience but its a decent game to hold us over until next years game. Its pretty much an easier regular Pokemon game mixed with some elements from Pokemon Go. Ive put about 20hrs into the game and havent even finished getting all the gym badges. Using the Pokeball to catch Pokemon is fun. The Pokeball also works with Pokemon Go to catch Pokemon, hatch eggs (count steps), and spin Pokestops.

Fun Throwback
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is basically a remake of Pokemon Yellow if you have ever played this on the Nintendo Game Boy, The Pokeball is a useful and fun addition which also doubles as a controller. Very cool for docked play! Kids and Pokemon fans will have fun!

Amazing introduction to Pokemon
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Such a great way to get a younger generation into pokemon with alot of the original charm of red/blue/yellow but includes alot of new gameplay elements that I am sure that will be used for all future games. A definite must-buy for the Switch.

Classic Pokemon with a twist.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While the simplified Pokemon Go inspired mechanics might not be the most engaging, most of what you love about Pokemon is here and it has never looked better. Also, the Pokeball Plus controller is very well made and a lot of fun to play with.

Great place to start your Pokemon journey
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After having played Pokemon for the last 20 years, it was nice to go back to where it all started. Whether you have experience as a Pokemon trainer or this is your first excursion into the Kanto region, you will definitely have a great time.

Best game for the pokemon go player
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best for the player who is in pokemon Go. You can transfer pokemon to the game once you reach the middle of the pokemon park. Also you can connect the pokemon plus ball to your phone for pokemon Go catching. Great game and a lot of fun.

Lets Go Easily Win the Game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I picked this up because I loved playing red and blue when they first game out and I was in 3rd grade. The game is fun and mixes in the concept from pokemon go of catching as many pokemon as you can. Downside is that the more you catch the more XP each on your team gets and then you reach a point quite quickly that you are 10 levels above all of your competition. So, it's a little too easy but still fun to play.

Helps ease the wait for Pokémon 2019
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you’re tired of Pokémon, this game will not bring you back. I loved the new graphics and Pokémon following you, haven’t decided how I feel about the rest but I don’t dislike it. I think I still prefer USUM but overall I love the game.

Exceeded expectations!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Thought it looked too simple and "dumbed down" from the previews but my nostalgia got the best of me and I picked it up. I haven't really used the Poke Ball Plus at all other than to import Mew into my game but the game itself is a blast!

Not in love with it...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's okay but lacks so much. Graphics are what I expected from a pokemon game but I wish Nintendo put a little more effort into the battle animations. Almost every move is a simple shift on the X or Y axis. Emphasis on simple. I feel like pokemon stadium2 for the N64 had better battle animations. Also, this version of Pokemon Yellow, yes that is what this game is, I feel like it's been dumb down, way down. I get that this is supposed to be a kids game but come on, I played and beat yellow at 8 years old. My final issue is that the game is too much like Pkmgo in the aspect of catching pokemon. Sure you get to battle wild legendary pokemon, but then you have only a shot time to mindlessly throw as many pokeballs at it. Wheres the strategy, the rush you get from battling a wild to the brink of fainting then catching it. Was it really to hard to add the the catch option into wild battles that you just did away with the battles themselves? Other than that, this game is fun to play. I love being able too see and choose what wild pokemon you interact with. My 5 year old enjoys her time playing it and I enjoy reliving some of those childhood memories.

Great game verdict out in bundle
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My boys received this as a Christmas gift. The game is fantastic and suitable for children at least 5 and great for adults, too. I gave it a 4 because we still have not had the chance to determine if it was really necessary to buy the bundle. We didn’t see a tutorial that started right from the beginning on how to use the ball as a controller, so we ended up just utilizing the game. It’s lots of fun!

A Remake of a great classice
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was a big fan of the original Pokemon games and when I played this new one, I felt right at home. So much new and cool features have been added to this game which makes it more fun to play, even though I've played the original
