I have been a fan of the series for a long time and sharing this game with my son has been amazing.

I never got into the mechanics of the mobile game, but I feel like this is a good mixture of mobile meets console. It's nice to be able to play in the Kanto region again with new graphics. If they have a classic mode, that would make this game amazing!

This has to be the greatest Pokémon RPG to date. Nintendo has done an amazing job ensuring that the storyline of the kid from pallet town didn’t change, they just made it more realistic. It almost feel like I am watching the old Kant’s region episodes

A fun remake of the classic pokemon yellow that takes a few steps backwards but is overall fun.

For me this has been the best Pokemon game to date. The reason being is that you are not constantly bogged down by random encounters. I have always like the capturing and battling trainers in Pokemon but did not like the random encounter grind.

It's not your usual mainline Pokemon game but it's a great introduction to the series.

Just like how I remember it from when I was kid on gameboy color. This is pokemon yellow remade with some tweaks like the catching mechanic. Also there is no battle system in the wild encounters with pokemon.

The cost a a little high for a a game and a poke ball control that only works with that game.

Good for Pokemon fans. Nice it comes with Pokeball. Price is a bit high though but GCU helps.

This game is a lot of fun and I love the new controller and the new way of catching Pokemon!

The wait is over! You can finally see what a full on 3D version of Pokémon red/blue/yellow is like on the big screen. The combo is also worth it. The ball is very comfortable in your hand. Come catch Pokémon together on twitch. Twizted_GMR

mainly bought it to play with pokemon go and get the meltan box, but its still a fun game

The game is a ton of fun! The graphics look great! The pokeball controller is really easy to use! If this is the direction the franchise is going, then I'm on board! Great for kids or for adults seeking that nostalgia! Gotta catch 'em all!

Although it is a great reinvention of the classic Pokémon Yellow, I wish there were opportunities to include more than just the original 151 Pokémon. I haven’t heard of any plan for the game to expand, but I am hopeful more Pokémon generation will be added into the game with downloads. I love the fact that the game is partnering with Pokémon Go and allows for cross play using the Poke Ball Plus controller.

So i grew up playing the first game boy games. I have to say that is not really what I expected but it is pretty close the those old school games. I wish there where more battler than just go and catch every single Pokemon you cross by.

Everything about this console and game is cute. The Pokémon go mechanics aren’t my favorite, but they don’t ruin the game. The console. Being able to choose which Pokémon you want to encounter instead of it being random is a huge plus

This is a great way to enter the world of Pokémon. It is not very challenging which means that it is the perfect game for your kids. The poke ball is a great addiction to the game to make it even more appealing for the little ones.

For those vets looking for a challenge look elsewhere. This is more of a nice stroll through memory lane for those who played the classic Red/Blue/Yellow. For newcomers and younglings this is a great way to get introduced to the world of Pokemon. The Pokemon Go catching mechanic has its up and downs and can get pretty annoying after awhile. But for a relaxing day of gaming this is what I turn on. :)

Game is good so far. Hopefully they do some awesome updates on the game in the future

My kids played this game in the store on the display, so we purchased it and love it.
