According to my kids (7 & 9), it's their favorite Pokemon game... and we have several.

It’s Pokémon. Most of the time they make good games. This is a good game.

So far the game hasnt been that bad it does drop the frame rates in certain areas but nothing too bad. Nintendo shouldnt have released this and shouldve waited a week or 2 to fix the bugs. Hopefully in later updates theyll fix the issues addressed by us fans.

I wasn't expecting this game to have the issues that it does but it really does chug and visually glitch often. Its unfortunate as it does feel like a progression of the formula. It did take some steps back with what Arceus had accomplished but when compared to the standard of what you see in games now, it still is a series that lags behind. That being said, I enjoy the exploration aspect of these games and seeing what new pokemon make up the new regions. There are some hits and misses. Ultimately dependent on what you deem interesting when it comes to designs. The 3 branching stories is an interesting choice and I suprisingly became invested in the Titan storyline. Get at your own disgression.

My son loves playing with it. His so in to all of the new Pokémon there are.
