A Poké-Trainwreck

Like the previous Pokémon games, you journey through the Paleda Region battling and catching Pokémon to fight 8 gyms to earn all eight badges. Along they way, you will also encounter side missions, battling against rivals and search for mysterious Pokémon and uncover mysteries of the Lengendary Pokémon. While the gameplay is good by exploring a giant world and doing anything you want, the downside is it’s presentation. Full of glitches and bugs can cause the game to crash even with the new patch would not help. For kids who enjoy this game, that’s fine. But for Pokémon fans and gamers everywhere? I would just backlog other games that have better presentation.

Its still pokemon, for better or worse

But that formula is still pretty fun. On the other hand, its stale, and the new gimmicks offer very little to make things exciting. Good things: no more HMs, no more random encounters Bad things: battle animations are boring, lots of performance issues, no fossil pokemon
