They don’t make the game unplayable. It’s super fun and I’ve been playing it non stop!! The open world is great and there’s so much to do outside of the “story”. Hopefully some patches will come out to fix some of the issues.

lackluster story and graphical mess

But was another lackluster release from game freak. The bugs and glitches in this game was ridiculous. And the overall story and theme this gen was lazy and boring.

Spoofy but enjoyable

Jokes aside, they are great games & I’m having a lot of fun. I’ve been playing 12 hours straight with only a few breaks & haven’t felt the need to put it down. Spoilers (kinda): There’s 3 different main quest lines & so far I’m doing the titans first. I don’t like team star’s story much so far, but they are better than the last two “evil” teams we’ve gotten from SUMO/SWSH. Definitely no team plasma or galactic though. So far I’ve done 2 gyms & about to do a 3rd. I don’t like puzzle games so I’ll always find trials to be a chore, but they’ve been so easy that it didn’t take long. I’ve honestly not seen too many glitches besides when I catch a Pokémon on the box art legend my character goes invisible & when sometimes you can see under the ground & it just goes all blue. Not as bad as what other people are finding & posting though so far thankfully lol

The performance issues are there but haven’t been nearly as impactful as described on my experience, and it’s been the most fun I’ve had with a Pokémon game since the original.
