If you want a game that your kid gets tons of playtime out of, this is it. Don't expect any chores to be done but he'll play the heck out of the game.

This is the best pokemon experience I've had since the good old days of Pokemon Red and Blue. Though spending too much time in the wild area, early on, can make for an extremely easy game with little challenge at all, due to shared XP.

My son enjoys playing this game a lot. The picture quality is a lot better than when I was a kid.

Too simplistic of a game, not enough depth and the story is way too short. There are plenty of things to do end-game with the wild area and raids. Unfortunately the raids grow stale quickly.

Great addition to the series. Very engaging story with great open areas. A very good experience for both veterans and first timers.

A fun Pokemon game for this generation. Easy combat, never got close to losing a battle. Could beat most everyone with one strong Pokemon, even against a full 6 team. Still hard for me to not see the original Pokemon in the newer games.

This game is the latest entry in the Pokémon franchise, it brings both new and familiar features to the game series and allow for a great experience.

Overall I love the game and the storyline. Raid battle is fun. Tiny thing is I wish there was more to do after the story like catching other legendaries

If you’re a fan of the series, you will love this game. Although it doesn’t have all the pokémon from every generation, it still has a lot of great ones.

Solid Pokémon game in the series despite what has been said about it. Personally I had a good time playing it, even on my second playthru I was still finding things I hadn’t noticed before.

Had a cliche story but fun overall on how it played out. Fun and interactive. Great graphics. Would recommend playing especially with the DLC.

I found this and Pokemon Sword for $40 each. I bought both so fast. I was in NH where I saw it. Such a good deal.

The price for this, brand new, was absolutely unbeatable anywhere else. Got this for a friend who was waffling on buying it or not.

Since we’ve had the game, our son has been playing it constantly. He was waiting for the release and has been enjoying it since it’s been at our house.

I like how much more I can do in this game vs. Let's Go. I also love the more 3d aspect of this game. Can't wait to get the expansion pack!

In my opinion, at the moment it should easily be in the top 5 of the best games in the franchise.
