Fun new game and I still want to catch them all! I look forward to putting in a lot of hours

Get this if you love Pokemon since it's the best and most different in the series since the original. I would suggest getting Sword though since the Shield legendary pokemon is weak and has no chance of beating the Sword legendary pokemon. You've been warned.

Really enjoying the new graphics and the game overall. The kids are really enjoying finding the new areas to catch pokemon and trainers! Fun for all ages. Making great memories with the children! I recommend this game for the entire family!

I’ve played the older versions of the game on my Nintendo game boy and now the series is grown up. I love it because I now play with my family and friends and still have a blast, but now it has a whole new look and meaning. It’s feels and looks great and good family fun.

Very long very good game and i needed a physical copy so i snagged it one sale. Value never goes down on pokemon games. Plus you never know if and when they close the eshop so its a good idea to own it physically for the future.

Awesome game for traveling on a plane. No internet required and very entertaining. An opportunity to dive into an imaginary land and distract you from the person snoring in the seat next to you and the feet attempting to invade through the armrest opening.

OMG was i for a treat im a OG poke fan who didnt like the new regions, stopped playing after pokemon diamond & wow just love this title but the real feeling kicked in after i bought the expansion wowooooooooowowow soo worth it

This was everything I would have hoped for as a Pokémon fan growing up! The new mechanics of the series are very modern yet still have the traditional feel. The only negative was that now I feel like I have to buy Sword as well since I'm having so much fun with Shield.

I have never been able to get my wife into pokemon games before. Since I bought this she hasnt stopped playing and is even farther in game than I am. She says when she gets home from work how she cant wait to get home and play more pokemon.

I really liked this Pokemon, I feel like to took some of the parts that made let's go good and added it to the main games. It streamlines a lot of things and the gym battles and journey overall were very enjoyable. It also makes catching them all easy and enjoyable.

A continuation of the Pokemon franchise with some new added features. It's hours and hours of fun to be played online with friends and strangers alike. Mystery trading is a neat feature in order to start off your collection in this game.

Great game overall. Sure it’s very different from other Pokémon games, but what it does, is done well! The gym battles are epic, but it’s also fun to get sidetracked and just go hunting.

Pokemon Shield is honestly just another iteration of the formula that GameFreak has been putting out for decades now. If you don't like Pokemon up to this point, you're not going to like this game. For fans of the series, you'll be satisfied though not completely. Graphically the game is lacking in spots and the missing Pokemon from the National Dex really does hurt the game after the main story ends.

This is the best Pokemon I played so far, graphics and realistic as it can get, you can actually see the Pokémon wondering around. I like that, can’t wait to see what the future has for the next coming up Pokemon games! I give this Pokemon a 10/10

This game is a true call back to the pokemon games before the dreadful "Let's Go" series. I just hope they remake soulsilver and heartgold, which in my opinion are the ones that offered the hardest challenge and I loved them for that

My son like these kind of gamed, but he beat it in one day. Not worth $59.99 to me.

I’ve been playing since Red/Blue and this game is definitely a plus! First major console Pokémon game and they nailed it! Subtle changes make the experience fantastic. The game is setup for first timers AND veterans. Everyone can pickup this game and get going.

Pokémon Shield is an amazing game. The Pokémon company did really well with the designs and added good story lines. All the Pokémon had really good detail and it was a lot of fun playing the game

Great way to help the kids take their mind off current events. The game can be played by themselves or online with other players (but you can choose w/ a card purchased separately for online use). Otherwise, good solo entertainment when they’re ‘bored’!
