I never play original Pearl/Diamond. I will say it is pretty neat...! The graphic is pretty cool!

This is a fun game to play on the nintendo switch. It's challenging and not complicated to play.

I’m gonna be honest, I dont play Pokemon. I bought this for my girlfriend, ans she absolutely LOVES this game. I like listening to her play with the music and sound effects!

Out of all of the Pokémon remakes have played this one is probably my least favorite. Despite the fact that generation four was my beginning in Pokemon and I was very excited for this, I never really got into it or started it because of the fact that it doesn’t really deviate or do much from the original in terms of Layout, point of view, and graphics. I understand outsourcing it but the problem is that the last remake ORAS expanded upon its original game giving it more of a 3-D look and a full rendering of the character. This version feels like a copy and paste of the original and although I kind of like that I wish it was a newer version similar to Pokémon legends with updated graphics in a 3-D look similar to Pokémon sword and shield.

Not the best pokemon game, but its fine to play pearl and Diamond again

Feel like they should add better QoL features to this game if this is a remake to the previous games. You cannot toggle exp share, and game is slightly easier since your pokemon can avoid the attacker's move through the friendship system. though, with xp share that provides all your pokemon xp, it felt I was encouraged to change my team every once in a while since grinding for xp is easy.

Brings back a bunch of nostalgia. Great when I was younger and still great now

Fundamentally still a Pokémon in all of the ways that matter, but will not otherwise convince Gen 4-agnostics, like myself, that this generation is worthy of its consistently high rankings amongst fans.
