Great game my wife loves it. We loved pearl on the ds and couldn’t be happier being able to play it on our tv. Only dig would be that the game doesn’t have a higher difficulty level but no Pokémon game has ever had that option. One of these days Nintendo.

A faithful remake of the original Pokemon diamond and pearl. The pokemon battles look gorgeous. Not a fan of chibi like graphics but you do get used to it especially if you're looking for that old school pokemon game.

I really enjoyed playing Pokemon as a kid and sword and shield are pretty good.

At about 20 hours in, I am enjoying going back to the world of Pearl. The art style is different from sword and shield, and is more in alignment with the classic games. This is a common theme as this is essentially a shot for shot remake of the original. That can be good or bad relative to how you feel about the OG.

Good game, overall a pretty solid Pokémon game at the end of the day

Fantastic game, high quality! I haven't played many Pokemon games before this, but I enjoy it greatly! On the other hand, my husband has played almost every Pokemon game available. He has been really impressed with this one.
