I don’t play most video games, but my kids love playing this game. So, gave it 5 stars.

It's a Pokémon game, but on Switch with some fun new mechanics like Dynamax, camping and catching more Pokémon for your collection.

Glad I bought it and my grand son loved it. Store was very helpful finding the game..

The plus is at long last a new, updated Pokemon game for a modern console that can be played on the big screen. Unfortunately the games feel lazy and incomplete like they rushed them out the door only half way done. Roughly half way through the games, you stop having gym battles in stadiums and the badges leave you feeling like you were robbed. No thrill, no impact and very little actual challenge. The pokemon management and box system were also unacceptable. The search feature is nice, but completely insufficient. There is no way to sort and organize your pokemon. It takes and removes your pokemon for Jobs and then puts them back wherever it feels like and then fills in caught pokemon wherever it feels like. The removal of certain pokemon, including some I really like, didn't really bother me, but some of the pure laziness in design and naming around new ones is just being carried too far. Additionally and most notably, the new Raid battles are absolute garbage. There is absolutely no excuse for the AI routines and how stupid they are. No possible excuse. This robs enjoyment of one of the new cool features that was supposed to be revolutionary. This is magnified since the match finding features are also completely broken and leave you unable to get human players anyway. Ultimately, they were fun and I played them, but was left hugely disappointed and frustrated with the final product. I just hope Nintendo and Game Freak learned something out of this, because I won't be buying the next ones unless they fix these serious gameplay issues.

These games offer a new look into the world of Pokemon, refreshing for a long time fan

I love this game. There's is so much you can do. Especially with the max raid battles.

Loving all the new things, raids, Pokemon, moves. So much more to do, new challenges.

So far the kids like it so the game is a win I would recommend if to keep them busy.
