This is the right step for the Pokemon franchise and a breath of fresh air. If you've enjoyed any prior Pokemon games, this will blow you away.

As my first owned Pokémon game, I had an absolute blast playing it. I loved exploring the world and catching all types of Pokémon.

It is a must have for every Pokemon fan, purchased for my son. He enjoys it greatly. You cannot go wrong by purchasing this as gift for anyone.

I got this for my daughter who was so excited to find this. She could't stop playing. I was blown away by the graphics she showed me in this game.

I honestly don't know much about this game but my son is telling me a lot of good things that I don't understand a bit. It is working fine and my son loves it.

Despite the cut National Dex, the game is actually pretty fun and we're finally able to play a real pokemon adventure on the big screen, its worth it for that alone

I would recommend this game to everyone! It is highly entertaining and out of this world fun! The graphics is beautiful and very detailed! Love it!

Excellent game. I mean its Pokemon, you know what you are getting when you buy it. I do enjoy sword better than shield. seems like there is just more to do.

Been waiting on a new pokemon game ever since the sun and moon sequels and it did not disappoint, and with the coming expansion dlc its just going to get better

If you’ve ever played a mainline Pokémon game then you pretty well know what to expect, mostly more of the same thing but looks great on a full blown home console.

This was the first pokemon game I have played. I got it because my child was interested in it, and we wound up playing it together a lot, and I had a great time.

Purchased this game for my son and loves it. He told me the difference between the sword and shield edition, is depending on which Pokemon characters you want

While this game was better than the Sun/Moon games, there is still too much hand holding in the campaign. I only endorse this game if you plan on getting involved in the online community - there I have found personal friends and tons of good times.

My daughter loves this game, in addition to the Switch in general. We were supposed to share it but...... I had to buy my own.

Very fun especially with the new graphics and on the switch too it’s good. The new region is dope and the only issue is the dlc should not be $30

The spectacle and Olympic like nature of the gym challenges make them so much more engaging, and the wild area is just great. Also a lot of well needed quality of life changes like the box/PC system. Story is lackluster but the game is still charming and enjoyable overall.

This is just an amazing title that brings back life to the Pokemon Franchise. I'm so happy to have a true Pokemon game. Great Pokemon designs and new features.
