I got this as a birthday present for my boyfriend with the switch litr. He absolutely loves it and we get to play Pokemon side by side!

I like the game but its very similar to the experience from the 3ds games. I'm always excited to see what pokemon they'll add to these new regions. It was the main driving force for me when playing the game. Sadly, there were some things that I did notice that took away from the experience. For a Switch game, there is a lot that needed to be done to make this feel like an actual console title. The game looks rough in some areas, animations are as basic as they've always been, no voice acting despite having cutscenes. game performance tanks when exploring the 'Wild Area' online. The game is also short, easy, and very linear. Story is as basic as the come.

My son has had this item on his list since his birthday in August, he was thrilled to open it on Christmas Morning.

My daughter loves to play this game, she stays busy with this game and keeps out of our way of doing things around home.

I loved Pokémon growing up. I am glad they have games for the Switch, so now my nephew can also grow up with Pokémon.

My son is over the moon with this game. Great grefic, many surprises and adventures. My son can't stop playing it.

Was gifted a Switch, and this was the first game I wanted to get for it. Have not been disappointed in the game play or the controls.

First Pokemon game purchased since gb color. More diehard fans seem to have issues but I loved it as a first timer since crystal.

I haven’t played a Pokémon game since red and blue were released. Great open world exploration and fun!

If you love any Pokémon games then this game is totally worth it. Looks amazing portable where it shines the most on a smaller screen.

Pokemon Sword is a great addition to the game collection my kids already have. Easy to follow, great graphics, lots of fun.

I enjoyed many hours playing this game during COVID lock down. It has a lot of repetitious playing though.
