Its Pokémon, miss having all of the past pokes available, but its a decent entry in the series.

Good game very different from the past generation pokemon games still learning but fun!

The graphics and music of the game are nice. I did not like this as much as older games because the Wild Area took all the fun out of catching Pokemon for me because you have to keep coming back there to catch everything when I want to explore new different areas. Story was short too but it was an ok game still.

My son loves this game. The only thing I can say is the shipping carrier does not deliver when they document they do.

As a lifelong Pokemon franchise player, I was underwhelmed with what Pokemon Sword/Shield had to offer. The game itself is beautiful, it's visual additions working well on the Switch and offering enough to know the franchise will forever look great. But the game itself is too easy--the difficulty has been stripped for an easygoing play. And the storyline was lacking.

Overall story is good, however, it holds your hand too much at the start and I don't like the concept of "dynamax". Would've preferred Z-Crystals or Mega Evolutions much more than the new dynamax thing. New pokemon are cool, but they cut the whole National dex in half. That's right, the pokedex has only 400 pokemon in the whole game. If you're a big fan of pokemon I'd suggest this game.

The game is great; however, it is not as great as the previous titles. This game has about 20-30 hours of gameplay.

Good Nintendo game. Hard to get now days. Bought it as a present for my grandson. He is happy.

Honestly besides the specific complaints I have with the Pokemon franchise and how little Pokemon there are in the game. It's not bad, I bought it for my boyfriend and he has said that he hasn't had any of the issues that people have complained about before with the game. So I guess it's dependent on the person for how they like it.

Pokémon Sword/Shield is a decent game in the ongoing franchise. Not many changes have been made to core gameplay, which is still as fun as ever, if a little easier than usual. Half the roster of pokémon have been cut, so some of your favorites may not be in here, and the new ones they introduce aren't all that great. If you can ignore all of that, it's still a worthwhile experience.

Finally a legit Pokémon game for switch! Must buy for any Pokémon fan or switch owner in general. Get this now!
