Fun game and is good for kids. Pokémon level ups are a lot easier in this game as you can easily have a lot of maxed level Pokémon very quickly.

The game I’ve always wanted Pokémon to be as a kid.

I was able to purchase this game at a discount price when I put the product in my cart. The game shipped quickly and I had a no problems starting up the game.

Loved it. I would say their are different play styles and the game can be enjoyed by the casual to hardcore players. I have about 80 hours into it and feel like I certainly got my money's worth.

I've never played Pokemon before but I saw this on sale, and I decided I would try it. I'm really enjoying it so far and I love the look of the world. Happy I purchased it!

It’s an all right pokemon game. The graphics are subpar for the switch when compared to other games, but it is a pokemon game after all so idk what to say

You know exactly what you're getting with a Pokemon game, for better or worse. A couple of gimmicks to differentiate it from previous entries, but not enough to revolutionize the game. Still fun core gameplay, but don't expect a big leap in the series.

i could've beaten this game within a week but decided to space it out. i used 3 pokemon to beat the entire game. Not much of a challenge. even with the expansion pack (admittedly i didn't finish it yet) its quick. i think the hightest lvl i saw , so far, was lvl 80 :/

Just like most Pokemon games, really. The big bonus here is the capability to have multiple saves on a single cartridge/system. That's new, and it is wonderful for families.

I bought this for my son but we have no complaints about any Pokémon game haha. There are many mystery gifts happening since it’s release. From extra poke balls to points to even Pokémon.

my son received this game as a Christmas gift and he loves it. hes been a fan for 3 years now and is a pro. the new pokemon characters on this game is a plus for my little know it all :)

This was purchased as a gift for my daughter. She’s been spending every spare moment playing this game. I’m hearing lots of laughter and cheers from the basement every time she plays!

I bought this for my nephew and he loves it! He said that it is his favorite game so far for the Switch. It seems age appropriate (he is 8)- if my brother allows, then it must be!

Been waiting for a switch for a while now and this game was my go to first purchase , I haven’t gotten my switch yet but I had to buy the game ahead of time

This game is falls a little behind the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gen in story, but the game is not bad. Wish that the fight sequence was a little less static (the pokemon just stand in place like in previous titles) considering it is no longer on a handheld system. Overall an entertaining game

The game came in great condition. It is a great addition to Pokemon fans. The game can be a good way for some to interact with others while staying at home.

As a veteran pokemon fan, this game disappoints me. Game Freak finally gets to make a game on a home console, and instead of trying to push the system hardware to its limit and stick as much content as they can into the cartridge (as their attitude was in the gameboy and DS era of pokemon), they played it as safe as possible and essentially made an upscaled 3ds game. And since they rushed this game out, a $30 DLC is how they're going to give the postgame that was absent at launch. The performance is bad (with constant slowdown while connected online), the gameplay is ridiculously easy (even for a Pokemon game), and the singleplayer is a joke. I don't think I can recommend this at $60, unless you're a huge pokemon fan content with paying $60 plus $30 DLC for an upscaled 3DS game.

Fun game to play with new features and abilities. Great game for kids and for anyone to jump into even without prior game experience with the pokemon series!

I like it but I feel the wild zones are too small and same Pokémon constantly with same OP Pokémon spawns gets boring but it’s Pokémon so it’s always a nice play through
